As per my opinion I feel you can bring out the past in parts as flashback of both

For Rehaan n Mannat being twins will strengthen their bonding as blood relations have a strong pull

Ur question on Maan meeting Geet,in surrogacy its not required that both parties meet or know eachother,infact secrecy is a vital factor in surrogacy to avoid future complications

This is just my POV
