Chapter 28
Reaching at room's door.Maan stopped suddenly.He Put Rehaan down. Maan he was not able to face Geet..even he has no courage to face that lil girl who is still unconscious.
Rehaan :What happened Papa...why u stopped here..lets go inside...(confused Rehaan said)
What to say to this lil boy.Searched for some words
Maan : Wo beta not many people go inside..Its hospital rule.I hav seen Mannat now u go inside..Mommi and Daddi Maa are inside (brushed his hair)
Rehaan : Okey Papa...u wait for me here...okey (without waiting his father's answer he ran inside)
To find Mannat still in same state...Rehaan's excitement to give her balloons vanished...He was about to cry looking her covered in bandages.He started to sob.Which attracted Daddi and Geet's attention.Daddi came running to him.
Daddi :Rehaan beta why r u crying (she cupped his face)
Rehaan : Daddi Maa...Mannat ko bolo na wo uth jaa-a...I will not show her tongue again...Will not tease her..I want to say sorry to Mannat.These balloons r for me and Mannat but I gonna give both to her ...(he was in deep pain)
Looking at this Geet became more mad.She can't bear both kids in pain. Whether Rehaan is not her own.Suddenly she held her head with her hands.She ran outside.Maan hided himself looking at her coming outside besides next room's door.Even Daddi was shocked that what was happening .
Geet : Maa ..Maa..I need u..come back to me...(she started to scram)
Her head was lik a bombshell which was about to explode.Maan ran looking at her condition.Even Daddi and Rehaan.Maan held falling Geet in his arms.
Maan : Geet ankhian kholo ..plz Geet...(he shouted)
Geet : Maa ek baar ..bas ek baar mujhe usse milna hai.Main apni Mannat usko de dungi...Wo nahi roaygi fir...(she yelled in her fit.. loosened herself in Maan's arms..rubbing her heels on floor) I m not a good mother...I hav no rite to keep her..Meri Mannat .. Maa mera...mera bacha .(repeating these words she became unconscious)

Till then doctor and nurses gathered around.Daddi asked doctor to check Geet and Maan took her to other room for check up.
Dr : When she has such fit before (he asked Maan.But even Maan don know about her mental condition)
Daddi :Dr fit which kind of fit (shocked)
Dr : U don know .
Daddi : No doctor actually she is our family friends' daughter. They r outside town so she is staying with us.But we don know about any problem she has...
Nakul who was still sielnt he had some information
Nakul : Daddi Maa I think Geet Didi has some problem.Maine unko medicine lete dekha tha...She took medicine in morning at put it in her wallet before going to KC...
Daddi : If she is taking any medicine.We can check.Nakul plz bring Geet's beg from Mannat's room. (she instructed Nakul)
But instead of Nakul.She found Rehaan running inside room with beg.
Rehaan : Daddi ..mommi's beg aap dekho na mommi kis medicine so then wo theek hogi (looking at Rehaan ..Maan was dying bit by bit..how much he in lov with Mannat and Geet..why he is so much rude )
There r some tablets inside her beg.Which doctor checked and found it medicine for depression patient
Dr : Ya I m rite ..she is under depression...Becoz her daughter is in such state but it really effected her also.As a depression patient she is not able to bear her child's pain.So now she has fit
Maan : Per doctor what to do now.
Dr : I think u should call her family..Becoz both mother daughter r in bad condition and About Geet's medical history her parents can tell (sighed)
Dr gav her injection after some tests.She was stable now.After half hour she came back to senses.When she found Daddi and Maan talking about how to inform Handas.
Geet : Plz Daddi Maa don call them plzzz (she said in feeble voice attracting their attention)
Daddi : Geet r u all rite...(she brushed her hair)
Geet :I m fine Daddi..Mannat how is she...I want to go to her why I m here (she was still in amnesia not aware how she got fit )
Maan : U had fit Geet...and Mannat is fine...don worry.Plz don try to get up.U need rest...(he tried to make lay on bed who was ready to go out)
Geet : No I hav to go...and u plz don tell Maa Papa
Daddi : But beta we hav to tell...how can we hide
Geet : No Daddi I m fine ..ll take care of Mannat (she said making her mind )
Daddi : Geet betay we r here to take care of u both...We can do this but beta they have rite to know
Geet : Daddi Maa they r much in pain.I can't tell them about my fit first of all..I ll handle Mannat
Maan : Geet u don want to tell them ..thats fine.But plz don take stress.Mannat is fine and she needs u..agar wo tumko aisa dekhegi..she ll be in more pain.I m with u forever...okey (Maan's soft words really did magic..lik she wanted to here same )
She was too weak..Stiffness in her nerves after fit was not allowing her to control herself while getting up from bed.But after getting the news that Mannat is coming to senses she wanted to go as soon as possible.
Maan grabbed her in his arms .Give her support and took her to room.Where Mannat was laying half conscious.But she was silent now.What may be her reaction thinking this Maan asked Geet to cover distance from door to bed alone .As his presence may effect Mannat's behavior again.
But he was observing every thing from outside. Controlling herself Geet sat on her bed.Rolled her had over her whole face.Kissed her broken had.Dr checked her she was doing well now.So he left mother daughter alone in room with Maan standing outside to be spectator of this
Geet : Mannat u r still angry on Mommi..beta..Mommi is saying sorry to u..peeezzz mommi ko sorry de do aap...(she said controlling her hidden emotions..not want to break down in front of lil creature )
Mannat remained silent for some time.But at last she speak.
Mannat : Momi I ll giv u sorry..but promise u ll not leave me alone.U was not here Momi when I fall from stairs.I was crying for u Mommi.Dekho Mannat ko kitni chot lagi hai (she was about to cry)
Geet : Nahi beta aap apki mommi apko kabhi bhi nahi chodegi Aur aap jaldi theek ho jayogay...Mommi hai na.Main bhagwaan ji se pray karugi wo apko jaldi all rite kar dengay (she kissed Mannat on forehead smilingly hiding her own pain due to fit )
Mannat : Sachi Mommi (she is not mostly conscious..talking to Geet she found some one standing on the door.She noticed hand and watch.She was rite Maan was there)
Geet : Sachi
Mannat now instead of listening Geet was observing Maan
Mannat :Maan Uncle why he is hiding behind door Mommi (her words made Geet and Maan speechless.How she observed he was Maan.Even now Geet looked at Maan's hand.But she already knew he was there.But just watch and his hand made Mannat realize that he is here)
Geet : Nahi beta he is not hiding...He was taking some call...I ll ask him to come ..U want to meet him ? If yes tell me (she made excuse)
Mannat : I don know Mommi...He may b angry with me...U said this na ...
But before Geet could say any thing Rehaan dragged Maan inside. Maan was not able to meet his eyes even when he was rite at his place..He gathered his courage to talk to her.Came close to her bed
Maan : Mannat kaise ho beta aap...Apko kyo lagta hai that I m angry with u ..I m not..U n Rehaan bot did mischief with me .But dekho I m not angry with him..So why with u beta...(he petted her cheek to make her comfortable )
Rehaan : Ha Mannat Papa is not angry..Even give sorry to me Mannat.Dekho main tumhare liye ballon laya hu..teddy wale..u lov it na...dekho (lil boy second his father and tried to vanish Mannat's hidden pain)
Mannat : Rehaan he is not angry with u becoz he is ur ' Mere Papa Maan' just urs...But not me...aur jo uncle hotay hai wo gussa hotay hai..Papa nahi hotay...Nanu mommi per kabhi gussa nahi hotay per wo jin jin logon k uncle hai un per gussa hotay hai...
Her way to judge things... to observe...shocked every one...Mostly many person in Handa hotel business call Mr Inder Handa Uncle and many time when they do not do their job well.Mr Handa got angry also.But never to Geet if she do wrong.So she has her own reason to think ...to take it as such with her relation to Maan
Maan has nothing to say.Both kids became normal to each other soon.But Maan he was unable e to think.Even Geet's condition also shocked him.Whey she has fits.About whom she was talking.What happened such that she became victim of conditions a depression patient.
After few hours Geet was alrite almost but bit weak.Doctor asked to keep Mannat for two more days here and after that she could go to home. Fractures were minor so it ll be matter of days to heel her physically condition.But mentally she was too disturbed.She always avoid Maan for two day stay here.
After returning KM when Mannat was sleeping silently Maan came tiptoed to her room to look her to observe her.Why this girl seems him related to him.What's reason she want to say him Papa and what's reason he is not ready for it...when he really want it.
Maan he was thinking about not just Mannat but also about Rehaan ' Some day My son also gonna do same..It is not necessary that Geet gona b with us.What ll I do.I never think about this.WHt ll I answer him when he ll grow up.who is his mother'
'How can I tell Rehaan who is his mother...when I hav no answer ?' he thought
Flashback Six Year Ago
When in some fun filled moments his friend Karan and Rahul asked to give a hier to Daddi.But how that was big problem.It was not easy to take a hier without marriage.He did relly hard job for it.To get his own son when he was not in favor to adopt a child.

His main reason to hav a hier without marriage was also to prove that a child can be given good values without mother or a father..as he never got lov of his parents when he has both. So he wanted to prove that he can bring up a child alone.He did it in his own way.But now he is realizing he was some where wrong.
Flashback out Maan thinking about Geet
But what's wrong with Geet why she is behaving so.To whom she wanted to meet.He was not getting her words echoing in his mind

He was still confused.Kissed Mannat and left room ins search of some unsolved questions' explanations.
