about update:

Geet, saddi punjab di kudi hai. About that ugly idiot trios *damn care* unless meera and *hope soon* Maan is with her. She is deep down in love. The whole Geet thinking scene *before the cafeteria* was beauifully written and the whole cafeteria scene, very well presented. Poor girl but what will Maan do? Geet show some 'punjab ki sherni' mode.

Feeling sad for geet. I liked that meera is her good friend and motivates her to fight back for not make fun of her being fat. She colided with maan and ran away. He took the flayer in his hand...and I think he is also going to make fun of him...

If she makes decision to go back college and sees him making fun of her ...then...she will be totally broke out..

you asked a question at the end. My true thoughts are a little feministic so upto you if you want to go down that route

I will want Maan to realise first what a cow and show off extra beuatiful and weight concious girls can be and how nice hearted girls from other spectrum can be. Reality is that there are good and bad people across both spectrum. Maybe some events which just makes him realise that Sameera is not as good as he thinks and Geet is not that as abd he assumes.

Maan should be firends with Geet when she helps him out somehow. As a friend he should encourage her to become fit...not skinny...not fat. Obesity is a health issue and so is being underweight.

As she tries, he encourages and maybe save her from evil trio

Once she is fit, maybe a spark of attraction and rest is history.

I don't want Maan to ridicule her and then once she ceomes all pretty him falling for her. That is not my image of a hero.

There is a third angle too. You have not names her crush yet. Maybe that is Dev. Maybe Geet joins another college. There she meets Maan who becomes her firend and again encourage her to be healthy and falls in love with her. Also amkes her realise that a shallow person like Dev is not worth her heart and time.

I don't think people who are fat are ugly... i myself am skinny but i never laugh or behave badly with a person who is skinny... who knows maybe one day i myself will become fat... if i do would i want everyone to make fun of me??? i don't think so... i feel there are many fat people who are better in their talents and qualities like the skinny ones...

You know i have read this story of Meg Cabot known as teen idol... the protagonist helps a fat girl ge over her insecurities and become popular...

It's great that you started a story like this wit this theme!!!
