Now back to my story which of course I'll share...even though it's mortifying for me...lol

Okay so remember I went to India this past winter? Well while there we had a few surprise parties and weddings, the usual events that we got dressed all fancy for and took pictures. So theses pictures made their way onto fb immediately of course and thus starts the rumor mill. I have a cousin, more like a brother since we're exact same age and grew up together and we took a few pictures together and those were posted too, no big deal right?

Wrong! Big fat wrong! In every picture it's been captioned that he's my cousin/brother but these psychotic aunties thought otherwise and called my mom up. One of them is like 'Oohhh Minal got engaged! We had no idea until we saw the pictures!' My mother obviously is like what the hell? Then she figured out what pictures and she's like you idiot that's my nephew. But wait, it gets better! She STILL doesn't believe my mom! She's like but everyone in India is talking that she got engaged, everybody knows! I was like I got engaged yet I don't know about it...😳😕

Yeah how awesome? I didn't even need a biodata to be delivered or even a guy I just randomly get engaged according to gossiping aunties all around the world. They get on my last nerve...

Now that...I'm so not surprised...With the Gossip aunties...When I moved out my uncles...the rumor has it that I found someone and that's why left.

But that is so funny that we don't even know our self but the world knows everything about us...

Are you kidding me?? No way! How awkward... especially if you're tight with that cousin!! These aunties...seriously! We had that issue too once with my sister. My cousin was living with us.. and we used to live in Toronto at that time ( which is practically Desi Town..Shaddy B can vouch for that) and every aunty was gossiping ..that the only reason he's at staying at out place is because of my sister! It was horrible..cause he was very tight with us..he was literally our older brother ..asking for permission to go places from my mother on our behaves and such! Anyways seriously these desi aunties need to mind their own business.. and stop stalking us girls on facebook🤢.. but once its over and forgotten they make a good story for laughs though!

I do have to add here..that this whole "biodata" "resume" its all true! I always thought it was a joke... but boy was I wrong!!😆
