Geet, an innocent 18-yr old girl, victim of fake marriage, honour killing for no fault of hers', and who had to become 'sabse parayi' despite having a family; a girl so lonely, betrayed by everyone including her family; a girl whose life was filled with so much pain that she had forgotten whether she was living or whether she was in a death-dungeon in the name of life; a girl who had stopped dreaming or hoping for anything even small; destiny had closed all doors of happiness, love, care and dreams to her but the same destiny which was once so cruel to her blessed her with an Eternal Saviour Prince Charming who would enter her life to give her a new life, to give her all the happiness, love, care, respect and fulfil all her dreams which belonged to her and which she truly deserved. Also GHSP has given us sweet, caring, understanding and lovable Dadima who values traditions as well as has a modern outlook. GHSP has also showed us that Pinky's father Manchanda exist who can love, care and bless someone else' daughter just like his own daughter. Geet was just like Pinky to him. Also GHSP has given us a strong lovable girl like Meera who always stood for what is right, and who was always MAANEET' well-wisher, and who despite being Dev's best friend and lover wanted Dev to accept and pay for his sins. GHSP also gave us Geet's parents, cousin Rajji, brother Titu, Geet's aunt and uncle, Geet's sister in-law who wished to help Geet during the most difficult place but unfortunately, they were helpless because they could not overrule Geet's grandfather Darji' and Brij's decisions. GHSP has also given us Dev, Nayantara, Brij, Sasha, Kaamya (dev's sister), Pammi (mother of dev, step-mom of Maan), Santosh Nigam, Vikram who showed us the evil and negative side of life and due to such people, we admire love and worship noble people like MAANEET, Dadima, Adi, Pinky, Pinky's father, Meera. GHSP also has shown us how sinner Dev and wrong-doers like Darji are repenting for their past actions. GHSP has also given Vickram, obsessive lover of Maan ki Geet who could go to any extent to get Maan ki Geet but Vickram also might have realized that MAANEET r made only for each other. Also GHSP has given us lovely people like Anni, Arjun, Pammi (mother of Dev, step-mom of Maan), Pammi (Geet's bhabhi), Teji, Lucky, Preetho, Mamaji, Masiji, Nandini, and also lovely cameos like Pari, Mr. and Mrs. Demellos, Yash and many more.
GHSP MAANEET changed my outlook towards life and made me believe in all those feelings thoughts and things which I did not believe in earlier. GHSP MAANEET gave out such a strong social message and showed us how Geet and Maan both placed truth and justice above their family ties. They made me believe that even when everyone would betray you and give you immense pain, still there will be someone or some people atleast who will accept you, wipe your tears and teach you to how to live, smile, love, care, trust, understand and dream once again just like how MAANEET have taught each other. They have showed us how how Geet and Maan gave each other new lives, new meanings and reasons to live.
GHSP MAANEET have taught me how to find positivity happiness even in the worst negative dreadful situation, how to find concern and love even in hatred, sweetness even in bitterness, closeness even in distance, light even in darkness, a single rose in a bed of thorns, a single dream in a life filled with nightmares, hope and faith even in fear.
They have also made me believe that even tears can be beautiful soothing and peaceful like smile, and hence GHSP MAANEET make us smile through tears so many times.
Also they have showed me that nobody and nothing in life is perfect. Even Geet and Maan both have their weaknesses but together MAANEET are perfect because each others' strengths makes it up for each others' weaknesses. Life is not about finding perfect life nor individual but life is about loving and admiring life's and an individual' positive qualities, and accepting their weaknesses along with strengths. There is no point spending too much of our energy and time thinking about imperfections which can only take away happiness and peace of others as well as ours. GHSP MAANEET have showed me that life is about seeing perfection in imperfection, and life is about spreading happiness peace love.
GHSP MAANEET have also showed me that it is better to live in our present because past is something which cannot be changed no matter how cruel dreadful it is, and future is very unpredictable, so we should not spend too much time thinking about past nor future. So, it is better to cherish and enjoy every moment in our present so that we can atleast have sweet beautiful blissful memories to cherish forever.
They have also made me believe in myself, gave me strength hope faith positivity to face and overcome all pain and problems in life, and finally live, be happy and peaceful once again, and also given me hope and strength to dream, and also made me believe that dreams do come true if I believe in myself and my dreams, and give my 100%.
They have also made me believe that sooner or later, good noble positive forces win over evil negative forces.
