NO they didn't knew each other in past they met each other for the first time when Geet was going to her college and then in College
and Khushi is not Geet daughter, She is Sameera daughter
and MSK didn't love Geet, it was just an attraction toward her when he met her in HP, and he is not Marriage to anyone, but accidentally he gets Sameera Pregnant (will know about it when i revel Maan past, for now I am only focusing on Geet Past)
