I think you are talking about Love And Honor by asrasrasr. But it is incomplete and has only two updates Her is the link http://www.india-forums.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=1661244

Maan and Geet are friends. On the marriage, Geet run away from her house and ends up in Maan's office in bridal attire. She faints and Maan call doctor to examine her.

i want to know the name of ff... where maan gets engaged to geet but marries her sister.. geet leaves to abroad. there is a leap of five years..geet comes to india for the second delivery of her sister.. geets sister dies during the delivery.. later maan starts fallin for geet.. the twist is first daughter is the kid of maaneet... can u please let me know the name of ff ?
