Rano enters geet's room who is continuosly trying to call some one'.

Geet:pata nahi kaha hai'ek phone nahi kar sakthe the'stupid'

[god knows where this stupid is...he didn't even call me]

Rano:are kya huwa beta tum itna pareshan kyun ho?

[wat happened beta?y u r so worried??]

Geet:maa..dekhiyena o idiot abhi tak ek call nahi kiya'pata nahi o kaha hai'

[mom that idiot didnt even call me once]

Rano:idiot'?oh maan'(smiles)

Geet:ha aur koun?subah call karke bataya tha ki o shaam tak aajayega'.par ab rat ke 11 bhaj rahi hai'abhi tak janaab ka kuch pata nahi'chaddo'

[he call me in the morning and said that he'll be back till evening...but it's already 11 pm now...he is still no where]

Rano:beta don't worry..aajayega o'tum ek kaam kyun nahi karti'.maan ke papa se pooch' unhe pata hoga'

[don't worry he'll come..y dont u call his papa and enquire about maan..]

Geet:maa mein already call kar chuki hoon'uncle ne kaha ki maan banglore se nikal chuka hai'.par abhi tak nahi aaya'(makes scary face)

[mom i have already called him and he said that maan had already started from banglore..but he's not back till now]

Rano:accha'tho phir abhi tak tho aajana chahiye tha'beta karan se bhi poochlo shayad maan usko phone kiya hoga'

[oh ...that means he would have arrived till now...did u enquired karan??]

Geet:ha maa..teek kaha aapne mein golu se pooch lethi hoon'

[ha mom..i'll call him now]

She quickly dails karan's number'.

Geet:hello golu'

Karan:hey geetu mein ne tujse kitni baar kaha ki muje golu karke mat pukaro'

[hey geetu how many times i said not to call me golu...but u..]

Geet:ofo..golu tum mujse baad mein ladlena pehle ye batao ki kya maan ne tumhe call kiya ?

[ofo..golu..let us start our fighting session after wards..first u tell me whether maan called u or not]

Karan:no yar..mein bhi us idiot ke liye tensed hoon'accha ek kaam karo tum maan ko call try karo aur mein kartha rahoonga'shayad phone lag jaye'

[no yar not yet...even iam tensed about that idiot...y dont u try to call maan again..]

Geet:accha teek hai'aur ha agar koi information ho tho muje bata dena agar muje milgayi tho mein tumhe inform kardungi'ok bye'

[ok i'll try it now but plz inform me as soon as u get any info about him and i do the same..]

Meanwhile'.a young man will be driving his car with a high speed'while driving..he's checking time in his wrist watch again and again'he immediately lifts his mobile and calls someone'.

He ends the call and again concentrates on his driving at the same time staring at the watch continuosly'.his eyes were filled with tension with passing of every second'he increases the speed of the car and drives as fast as he can'.he crossed many roads and many high ways and finally enters in to the city'he again looks at his watch'it is 11:58 now'now he felt more tensed'.

He continues driving with high speed'he again looks at the watch'it is 11:59 now'.he just looks at the road and stops the car in the middle of the junction with sudden break for which the car makes various rounds'.the people at the place were shocked first'.they soon reach near the car and now they are very much confused with the act of that young man'what they saw is how relaxingly that young man closed his eyes and rests back his head on the seat'the people were busy in their blabbering'some of them were still confused with his behaviour'and some were busy in their estimations about the young man'.

Man:lagtha hai pagal hai'beech raasthe mein yu car rokh diya'.

[did he lost it?he came and stopped the car in middle of the road]

When everyone were busy in their talks that young man opens his eyes looks at his watch again'it is exactly 12:00 now'he again calls to someone'.ends it and agin rests on his same previus position'..

Man:are bhai sahab dekha aapne'isne kisiko phone kiya'lagtha hai kuch gad bad hai'.

[hey did u see him..he called someone...something seems wrong..]

Man:ha ha teek kaha aapne..kahi ye banda terrorist tho nahi'.hum jaldi police ko inform kar dethe hai'.

[oh ya...he may be a terrorist...let us inform to police about this...]

Then they calls the police and informs them about the incident took place there'.

After a minute the young man in the car hears the knock at his car window glass'he opens his eyes and smiles at the people who just came there'he comes out and hugs the girl in front of him'.

Hey geetu'happy new year...

Geet:(smiles)happy new year maan...

He then hugs karan who stood beside geet...

Maan:happy new year golu..

Karan:happy new year maan...

They breaks the hug...

Maan:thank god!mein ne sabse pehle tum dono ko happy new year keh diya'yayyy'yippie''

[thank god!i wished u first..]

Geet smirks at him and hits him on his hand with her palm'

Geet:stupid...kaha gayab ho gaye the subah se'. aur ye tamasha kya hain road par'

[hey stupid..wat's this?where were u since morning?and y u are creating scene here]

Karan:ha yar this is not fair ha'

The people standing there were just looking at them with amused expression'

girl:oh god!is ne apne dosto ko new year wishes kehne ke liye ye sab kiya'so chweet'..

boy:ha yar iski chakkar mein hum bhool hi gaye the ki ab new year hai'.

There geet and karan are continuosly scolding maan for creating tension to all and for not informing them about his whereabouts since morning'

Maan:shut up guys!!mein subah se pareshan tha ye soch soch kar ki agar mein time par nahi pahunch paya tho tum dono ko kese wish karunga aur o bhi sabse pehle'but u guys started taunting me'

(he makes puppy face)

Karan and geet smiles at their grown up kid who always do something or the other and then make innocent faces just to melt them'because he knows that his one innocent look makes them forget thousand mistakes he did and they soon melt like an icecream'moreever he knows that his friends could never scold him seriously because they loves him more than anyone even him'.especially his chweet geetu and his kannu'.

Both karan and geet hugs maan side ways'geet(left)'karan(right)'and says in unison'

Sorry sweet heart'..(to maan)

Maan smiles and continues'.

Hmm..teek hai maaf kar diya'.

Three of them smiles'.everyone standing there were just admiring their cute talks and their bonding with each other'.they totally forgot that they too have to celebrate new year'all of them just stand there smiling'..

Maan encircles his left hand around geet's shoulder and right around karan's'

Maan:ab tum dono batao mein aur kya kartha'.waha banglore airport mein blast ki wajah se sare flights cancel ho gaye the aur mein kya kartha'..isliye car se aana pada aur rasthe mein signal bhi nahi thi'isliye phone nahi kiya'.

Geet:blast!!!maan tumhe kuch huwa tho nahi na'.

Karan and geet looks at him worriedly'..

Maan:are chill guys'iam fine'..ab chale'.

Karan:kaha??

Maan:sala bhool gaya?party nahi karni hai kya?

Karan:ha ha 'let's go'..

Three of them were about to move but were shocked to see police standing in front of them'..

Geet gets scared and hugs maan by his waist from left side where she is standing'..

Police walks towards them seriously'.maaneet and karan were standing with serious rather fearful faces not because they are scared of police'they just don't want their parents to feel bad for their deeds'.they are sons and daughter of a top most business man,a successful lawyer and famous doctor'.so it is obvious that everyone will get to know about this'..

Finally the police man reaches them'he just stands infront of them and stares at them for a minute and he then says''

HAPPY NEW YEAR'.

He smiles at them'.and same did maan,geet and karan'.

Mind it'don't ever repeat this again'iam leaving u because it is a new year'..if u again'.

Maan:no uncle never'..thanks'.

that's better maan warna mein tumhare papa ka number jaantha hoon'.

Yes he knows them'.he is the best child hood buddy to maan,geet and karan's dad'

Three of them gives a weak smile'.

And ha geet and karan'it works to u too'.

He again wishes them happy new year and leaves the place'..

Maan,geet and karan hugs each other and laughs loudly recollecting the whole incident and people who were just standing there like audience to a horror movie'

Maan:chale!!!!!!!!

Karan and geet smiles at him and nods as yes''
