Part 24
Geet could still feel his rough lips and stubble on her,her neck, her
back still feeling his warmth...growing red with his feel...she
calmed her senses and quickly got ready to reach the venue...
She applied her gloss and kajal keeping her hairs open ...smiling at
his words ...she wore a nose ring and her bangles ...she was looking
damn bful ...maan's angel...☺️

Geet immediately went to sachin-supriya and asked them to leave...It was getting difficult for her to wait anymore...
Supriya:arey baba chal rahe hai ...itni bhi Kya jaldi hai tujhe..
Geet : maa ,rajji mera wait kar rahi hogi ...
Sachin : arey mera pari beta...tu kaka ko bol gadi bahar
nikalwaye ..hum aate hai bus...
She was literally running restlessly..anticipating her day to be the
best day of her life...she was so happy today...
There Rex and maan were entering the venue with their pagdi's on now
when Rex bumped into rajji ,she was unbalanced and before she cud fall
Rex held her frm her waist,he looked at her scared face and was so mesmerized ,he coulndt move his eyes from her bful face...rajji opened her eyes and looked at the person who is holding her ...as soon as she opened her eyes...she looked at his eyes which were glued with hers now...and they kept looking at each other forgetting the passers-by giving them weird looks...
Maan : Wah Rex...lagta hai ab tujhe kisi ki help ki koi zarurat
nahi ...takraya bhi to Kya khoob takraya hai 😉
Maan cleared his throat to bring them out of their eye lock ...but it
didn't helped ...
Maan tapped his fingers on Rex...and they jumped ...rajji set her
dupatta back ...gave him last glance and ran inside without looking
back ...she couldn't recognize maan in sardar's getup...she actually
didn't even once look at him...
Rex looked at her retrating form till he cud ...when maan shouted in
his ears...
Maan: mil gayi tujhe small town gal apni...
Rex : yaar G se kehna padega ...ab rajji se nahi is ladki se meri baat
karwa de bus...
Maan 😲 was shaking his head at his hopeless frend...he naughtily asked him...

Maan looked away from him in dismal...
Rex : mera matlab ...yaar Mai kabhi serious nahi hua kisi ko
leke ...magar isey dekhte he kuch kuch hua yaar..he made an innocent
face convincing maan that he was serious this time...
Maan : ab chaley andar ya yahi khade khade shaadi aur bachche bhi
plan karega...😡
Rex looked at him hopelessly :tu chod yaar ,bus jaldi se G
aajaye ...tu kisi kaam ka nahi hai...😆
Maan : acha...Mai geet ko Teri help karne he nahi dunga ...
Rex: we will see...
Maan : andar chaleyyy
Saurav and vipul were checking with the orchestra whom they brought with them from delhi...they were tuning the instruments ...maan and Rex join them after deciding their meeting place at the back of the pandal...

While they all were busy ,Geet entered the venue with supriya and sachin , she greeted the elders ...but all the while her eyes were searching for maan...she could feel his gaze on her and knew he was here ...maan was standing at the far corner drinking his angel's beauty ...he chuckled the way she was looking for him...maan was going crazy looking at his meesthi's fragile essence...her open hairs...her heavenly looks were actually scaring him to move close to her...he cudnt challenge the dilemma his heart and brain were creating inside him ...her nose ring took away his last ounce of control he kept with much difficulty...He slowly moved towards her...he was loving his meeshti's impatience for him...the way she was checking every possible place to find him...
In the meantime , cake cutting and ring exchange announcement was made and everybody gathered besides the stage to be part of the
celeberation ...geet unwillingly moved ahead with her parents ,her
eyes still searching for maan ...rajji was gesturing geet to come on stage but geet was busy looking everywhere except rajji...she went gloomy when she couldnt find him anywhere...
Geet was standing with supriya fidgeting her dupatta lost in talking with her babaji...complaining about maan...kitna satatey hai...When maan came from nowhere and bend down touching supriya's feet ...peri pauna maa ,peri pauna baba...he pinched geet's feet while bending down taking her out of reverie...geet jolted with the pinch... making an odd face as to what is happening...
Supriya and sachin gave him blessings ...and looked at each other with
questioning eyes asking each other who is he???...it's then geet noticed
that it was maan with pagdi ...she was shocked ...she fluttered her lashes
and looked at him asking innocently ...what he is upto...he calmed her
by closing his eyes slowly asking her not to worry ...
Supriya gave sachin Looks saying she didn't know who is he ...
Geet and maan could read their confusions ...geet looked at him with
questioning eyes ...ab Kya ???
Sachin : maaf karna beta ,magar Mai...before sachin could
complete ...saurav bend down taking their blessings and so on vipul and
Rex...sachin and supriya bewildered and went with the flow ...all of suddent 4 tall and broad sardar's surrounding them for their blessings...how could anybody even say NO when it was such a respectful gesture...
Rex while taking his blessings also touched geet's feet lovingly ...geet jumped and moved back suddenly...to get his hands away frm her
feets ...but he didn't moved until geet kept her hands on his
head ...she understood he was asking for her blessing too.Rex grinned
looking at her ...and geet was smiling looking at three of them ...she
had seen their snaps ...but it was not difficult for her to recognize
who's who...

They were covering geet in a way so that nobody could notice all
this ...rajji was on stage ...everybody was busy looking at the
stage ...maan and his frends stood in a row with geet and her family ...forcing supriya and sachin to give them space to stand with them ...now they were standing in a row such that sachin saurav supriya vipul maan geet and Rex ...they were standing serial wise in same manner ... As if they were same family ...sachin and supriya were in deep thought ...dint know ye sardaro ki toli kaha se aagayi ...😕...but because it was singh family they couldnt even doubt if they were even invited or not and moreover there were many sardar's present in the engagement...
Geet was standing like a statue between maan and Rex...looking
everywhere ...giving a check if somebody was watching them ...She hit her elbow to maan ...maan kept his hand on his pagdi setting
it at his place and gave him a look raising his eyebrows what...geet moved her eye balls looking to and fro at all of them ye Kya ho
raha hai ...
Maan pressed her hands and took them in his and slid the kangan(bangle) looking at her lovingly and the other without breaking an eye
contact ...vipul and saurav were talking to sachin and supriya while
Rex was lost looking at stage ...where rajji was standing looking
bful smiling and giggling ...
Vipul :wo actually hum log musicians hai ...Hum bina apne parents ka
aashirwaad liye koi bhi show start nahi karte...
Saurav : ji ...aur isliye jaise he humne aapko dekha ...to socha aap
logo ka aashirwaad liya jaye ...
Sachin's eyes widened and he bend to look at his pari ...they forgot
in all this hurry scurry that geet was standing with them...luckily till
then maan was done teasing her ...and now they were standing ,maan
holding her hands ,which geet was hiding in her dupatta...sachin eyed
geet to come and stand with them ...maan pressed her hands before
leaving them ...and they moved away greeting and thanking them back
after almost dragging Rex ...who was standing looking at rajji with
wide eyes and open mouth...
Rajji came and hugged geet ...Rex was so happy to find rajji so close
to geet ...he looked and maan gesturing " mera kaam ho Gaya " ...
Maan smirked at his idiot frend ...Rex was so lost to even think it
was rajji only at whom he was drooling...
Maan and geet were looking at each other ...geet told rajji
everything ...and she was surprised to find that his jiju and all his
frends are here ...
music started and everybody scattered standing in their groups njoying the music ...some were dancing...youths were at one side and all the elderly ppl took the other half of the hall talking and discussing ...

Maan bowed looking at geet...letting her know she is the most beautiful creation of GOD...goddess of purity...geet blushed looking down ...couldnt help smiling furiously...

Maan went outside and as planned he switched off the mains of power supply in the hall and it all went dark...people started shouting...some stood still at their places..not knowing what happened all of sudden it went dark...vipul held geet slowly whispering it's him and took her outside ...geet went along with him without hesitating...
They were now at the back side of the venue where there was some street light and saurav and rex were waiting for vipul and geet...as soon as geet saw them and realized she was with maan's frend...like a baby she geet hugged saurav first...
saurav quickly handed her the rakhi which geet send with maan to tie him on her behalf...but saurav didnt tied ...was waiting for this day when geet will herself do the honour...
geet tied the rakhi and a tear dropped from her eyes...she thanked GOD to give her this much love from everyone...
geet: mera gift..
saurav : wo to mai sab kha gaya...he knew she was waiting for her favourite choclates
geet made a sweet face: kya...kha li..??.mai aapse naaraz hu...
saurav laughed at her sweet gesture and took out her fav choclate...geet jumped and hugged him again...
geet looked at Vipul :dia kaha hai ...wo nahi aaayi ...???
Vipul: wo ...she was busy ...to nahi aa saki ...
Geet felt something wrong the way he answered ,but she let it
go...feeling it's not the right time ...
