Geet requests Naintara not to harm Maan. Naintara tells Geet to come to the terrace and plead her for Maan's life. Adi informs Maan about Naintara who has arrived to India. Arjun comes to meet Anvesha. He makes her put the ring she gifted to him in his finger. He accepts her love. Romeo informs Arjun about Naintara who has reached home. He tells her to search her. Geet comes to the terrace. Naintara aims the gun at her. She wants to kill Geet. Naintara is about to shoot Geet, when Maan comes and stops Naintara. In the bargain, Naintara falls from the terrace. Arjun is shocked to see Naintara fallen down. He takes her to the hospital. Geet, Maan and Anvesha come to the hospital and sympathize with him but he misunderstands them as he thinks they tried to kill her. Arjun is shocked when the doctor says Naintara is in coma. Arjun is angry with Maan and plans to seek revenge on him for hurting Naintara.
