Guys today...my uncle asked me to apply a job in a channel or in a PH as I have finished my mass comm.He told me that he has a friend working at Endemol which is in Mumbai as I want to work overseas and I was shocked to know.He asked me to call to check if there is a job.He gave me the ctc num and even called in himself to speak to his friend first
later on I called in to speak to my uncle's friend but instead of calling in to check for a job...I called in to check on Geet season 2
a lady picked up the call...and she was very nice...I asked her to transfer the call to my uncle's friend(I know the name) and she transfer the call
My uncle's friend picked up the call and was delighted.We talked abt the job but later I asked abt Geet season 2
He was shocked to know that even I watch Geet
I asked him if its possible to bring back Geet season 2 wif Gurti trust me he was sounded sad after that
He said that they were in talks wif Life Ok and were really trying their best to bring back Geet season 2 even though 4 lions was not interested but they saw that many Fans were calling in and sending emails...they didn't want to disappoint the fans...Life Ok told them to prepare the script and they had even start to prepare on things
I asked him what is taking so long?
He said that we need to get everything ready so by end of feb or march they will start Geet season 2 but Gurmeet didn't inform them that he had sign a new show
I told him that did they speak to Gurmeet regards to it
he said yes and it was just before the new year...he said that he has not sign anything and was ok for Geet season 2 and as for DD...she was out of town so they didn't want to disturb her first and also they knew that she hasn't sign anything yet.Today they even had a meeting with Life Ok and was shocked to know from them Gurmeet has sign a new show...as there were rumors but we didn't believe in it but today we looked like fools to Life Ok and they even asked us do you still want Geet season 2 and we were speechless
I then asked him if they will still consider to bring back Geet season 2 again with Gurti as the leads
He said that keep on sending us and Life Ok emails and keep calling...they will do what is in their hands but the rest is up to Gurti as now DD might also sign a new show as Gurmeet already has
after hanging the call down I was really very disappointed with Gurmeet...I know that he is an actor but Endemol did told him to wait for a while as they were trying very hard
I am not trying to bash Gurmeet as you all know that I love Gurti so much but he should have thought about his fans as well...money is not everything...if money was everything we all will not be wasting our hard earned money to make international calls and spending our time sending emails to hundreds of people
