Tammy was enjoying maan's company where geet was busy shifting her bed and clearing the dut from the wall,, it was the same apartment that she leave 6yrs ago,, but the only difference is she has brought the apartment under name buying it' maan enter the room,, past memory came down in him,, she was having her back'. he stood there without letting her know,, but she felt his presence, how can't she,, she feels him in her,, how can she doesn't recognize his smell' she stopped at her track and he puts his hand around her arms, pulling her close'.

He came really close to her earlobe, and whisper huskily: geet u must be tired,, he traces her neck line with his index finger, her breath became rapid, his intoxicating scent was making her vulnerable' and he was enjoying his effect o her,, go and sit with tamy, I'll do this, and then u can rest here' it took a lot time to digest what he told.. he move from her a little,, and saw her flushed face,, he can saw her cheeks were red, she tried to control her wild heartbeat'

He leaned on the wall, looking at her smiling,, the smile any girl can kill herself to see once' geet knew he can affect her in verse that's why she didn't wanted him around her, she was not ready for him as she doesn't want complication again in their relation'

Geet: no maan I can handle,, its quite late,, u should go now, everyone must be waiting for u' he smiled sadly'

Maan: if u want me to go, I'll then but the fact is, no one has the enough time to wait for me.. a lump form in her throat understanding the exact meaning of his words' he was moving from the room when she held his hand'

Maan: I know' there was a silence for some mins' then tammy enter the room with her teddy and nonstop blabbering, he wonder is she her child,, geet was a reserved person,, she talks only with her friends and tammy is a chatter box..

Tammy: I m feeling sleepy and u two just doing chit chat,,, she made a cute pouting face and geet looked at her guiltily..

Geet: I m so sorry baby,, just give sometime to mamma,, I'll arrange it fast,, tammy giggle and point to maan, geet turn to see,, maan was shifting the bed and he is in vest only, he have removed his shirt,, his biceps were floating to her vision, she bite her lips and murmur: babji ye kya karte rehte hain, uff'.

Then she notice him with the corner of her eyes,, he was immerge in the thought what direction he should take the furniture.. a small smile kept her lips,, but her eyes were watching him to his jaw that is now dark stubble making him more desirable, and then his muscle of his shoulder,, his biceps that has a little sweat,, his black vest was coving his abs but that also was quite visible, she looked at his torso, and then his back,, gosh what she is doing, checking him, she was on desire and that time she can eat him alive, but a small tug brought her back'. she looked at smirking tammy'

Geet smiled weakly knowing her devil daughter: umm, I think I should check the other thing,, u can sit here..

Tammy whispering: check out but him,, geet's eyes were round like they can popped out any moment,,u r drooling over him mamma..

Maan said huskily: I don't need eyes to see that,, she looked at his eyes,, it's true that I was blind, blind in own self, and I had been a fool not to see the truth but someone teach me that in a very hard way,, she was not sure is he talking about her or not' but his eyes showing the sincerity' I know I can't redone my foolish mistake but I want to do everything to have the time back that was always I cherished' she closed her eyes and felt his forehead on her, and his palm on her cheek'. I won't let my eyes to drift in darkness as I m afraid, may be darkness will engulf me forever like I felt 6 yr 7 months 14 days back,, she looked at him shocked,, he remember the exact time she left him,, he is talking about her,, he have been counting the yrs months and days,, but least she knew he have been counting each moment' tear falls from her eyes,, but he licks that.. she felt his hungry mouth on her cheeks, he placed a wet kiss on her corner of her lips' then it came to her nose,, eyes one by one and her forehead' he rest his forehead once again,, and they stayed a little more time before pulling each other' she looked at every corner except him,, and he was watching her only'

Geet: tammy must be sleeping by now..

Maan: this is almost done,, u can brought her here' she nodded and left the room'

Maan(st): I won't let u go now geet'

Its almost 2 weeks, they are working together and geet was finding difficult to work around him, as his piercing gaze always on her,, and she was seeing a new maan, who is dangerous businessman,, who knew this b world and can twist it according to himself,, she remember he used to hate this world, page 3 party and all he was not a man of this culture, though he liked to party and had funs but never in this kind of place where his soul didn't give the permission'.

But things was right place for maan, he was careful about geet and tammy in every things,, but he was in dilemma about them,, geet didn't even told him about her marriage or tammy didn't even mention about her dad' he was getting curious about her, but he can't ask geet so openly,, it can destroy the new bond that is developing again slowly' one thing he get to see, a new geet, who is no more shy and nervous type, she is a bombshell now,, she knew how to handle every situation and why not, she have to do this for her baby and herself, this cruel world didn't let the single woman rest in peace..

It was tammy's birthday but she was angry as geet was in work and maan doesn't knew her birthday' geet was in office,, doing the last mins presentation of her last shoot,, the shoot was a great hit and the outcome was very good' maan notice geet was not in herself, she was restless during the whole meeting,, she was irritated, but why' and a cute girl wearing a blue shorts and white top holding a teddy enter the cabin in a foul mood,, she was angry.. everyone was seeing her in utter disbelieve,, she is so small and dodge every security and the receptionist,, and has entered the conference hall' how can't she,, she is tamanna,, our sweet devil' everyone was gazing at her, some shockingly some in cute admiration,, she have attitude and arrogance but with a sweet structure and face'. Geet gasp to see the anger in her deep eyes that is resemblance of maan'

Geet; what r u doing here

Tammy: u don't love me,, geet looked at everyone,, who was giggling,, and some in shock as they didn't knew she has a daughter and that too a devil one' she tried to held her hand but tammy didn't let her,, she ran to maan who lift her and she sat on his lap' u don't love me either' maan looked at her confuse,,

Maan: what happen sweety? Why u r in angry mode today, my tamanna didn't showed this much anger on anyone' what happen today?

Tammy: see u didn't even know the day'

Geet: tamanna lets go outside.. we can talk at home, lets go,, she was stern, tammy shook her head in denial and geet shouted at her,, TAMANNA I SAID OUT,,, that scared tammy, she is not so used to get the stern answer,, geet had never replied any harsh words to her,, but now she knew what is coming next and she doesn't wanted that'

Maan signaled everyone to move,, that was unusual, but this is for his angel, tamanna was holding him tight out of fear' now there is only 3 people, maan geet and tamanna'

Maan: geet tum aise kyun baat kar rahi ho usse, she is so small,, she is scared of ur sternness' geet walked to him and tried to catch tammy in her arms

Geet: I know what is better for my child,, tammy was not ready to go so maan have to interfere..

Maan held geet's hand,, and she withdraw it, he knotted his brow and then turn to tammy: tammy, don't u tell me why u r here? And why u were in so much rage, huh?

Tammy: wo, wo, to-day, w-as, my, my, my, he was shocked to see her like that,, geet closed her eyes,, tammy was stammering,, and that was new to him' he gave geet a angry glare who herself was in pain and now afraid'

Maan: why she is stuttering? Tell me damit, he tried to stay calm, he didn't wanted to scared tammy with his anger'

Geet: she stammers when she felt sad or fear.. he was confuse and not sure what to tell' he let tammy out of the office, geet quietly follow them, tammy rest her chin on her shoulder.. he sat on the car and placed her on the back seat,, and waited for geet to come,, she knew there is no way to return,, she sat in it and he drove off leaving a baffle staffs' maan ask tammy where she want to go but she was not answering,, and she opens her mouth she stutter.. maan closed his eyes,, and geet looks away in pain' he drove to a ice cream parlor,, geet tried to say something but maan gave her a glare,, he lift tammy and left for have something for her,, geet looked away in anger..

Geet: yeh sahi hain,, baap beti ne team banali,, (father and daughter made their own team) she stomped her feet and goes inside.. she saw tammy was sitting in a couch with a grumpy face and maan on his call' geet slowly sat beside tammy,, maan take a few mins from them and goes from there to attend some more,, geet cribbed in front of tammy, holding her ears'

Geet: sorry baba,, maaf kar do,, I will never talk like that,, tammy twisted her lips' ok I m sorry but I didn't forgot the day,, I was stuck u know my hot boss gave me so many works,, still she was not convinced, ok,, we will celebrate ur birthday in home with a black forest chocolate cake,, I'll bake today for u,, and what about ur favorite pasta' tammy looked at her with the corner of her eyes' ok with chocolate mousse.. tammy smiled widely'

Tammy hugged her: I love u mamma'.

Geet: love u too my baccha,, I m sorry jaan for behaving like that'

Tammy: no its ok mamma,,, but we should invite buddy also na,, geet was scared to let him know about her birthday, what if he things wrong about her'

Geet: tammy, we can invite him later na,, its our special day,, tammy couldn't understand why she doesn't wanted to ignore him, as pinky is invited to their place tonight then why not maan' by then maan reached them and saw tammy was happily chatting with geet.. he felt relive,, then notice she is normal again' tammy gives him a full fledge cute smile, and he sat on the couch, they ordered their choice of ice cream,, every now and then maan looked at geet but she wa snot having any eye contact,, she knew he will catch her eyes and she will land hurting him and his feelings'

Geet was baking tammy's favorate black forest chocolate cake, when heard the door bell.. pinky opens the door with a smile,, geet rushes to see who can be at this hour and that also today,, and was blown to see maan in black shirt and pant, his 1st 3 buttons are open giving him a sexy look,, at 1st she was so amazed by his looks that she forgot to ask him anything,, maan saw her in pink suit, she was wearing an apron on her sleeveless pink chudidaar.. her hair was tied high with clip ad some loose strands of hair was falling on either side of her temple' he was mesmerized to see her like that,, he was standing at the door,, and both were lost in each other,, it took sometime to heard tammy and pinky's giggle,,, both felt embarrassed and looked away,, reality sank in geet'

Geet: what is he doing here she asked out of blue,, pinky and tammy looked at each other and maan looked at her confused'

Maan: what do u mean,, asked to to come here.. geet looked at him equally confuse'

Geet: no I m not'.

Maaneet looked at tammy who hide behind pinky'

Geet: pinky,

Pinky: maine kuch nahi kiya,, its her,, she wanted to meet him,, and so we called him and we have a family dinner and u invited him,, he was not sure whether ot come or not but tammy's consistence demand made him come here' geet knew this,, only this devilish mind can do something like this' she gave her a glare' maan knew she can blast at her'

Maan: geet don't need to glare her' I m going, I think I m not fitted here, she can sense the disappointment in his voice, she instantly stops him'

Geet: maan stop, u can join us,,

Maan: but its ur family,

Geet: u are in family maan she said looking directly in his eyes, he felt something in her eyes but still failed to understand her meaning,, she never thought him otherwise than family,, for her he was her family always'.

Then a sweet smile came on his lips, and he enter the room,, geet smiled weakly, and led him in the hall' maan gave tammy some chocolates and a cute teddy bear'

Geet: maan ye sab?

Maan: I was coming to ur house in a dinner,, can't come like that na,, and I thought the teddy would look cute in tammy's hand' geet's eyes felt on his left hand that has a bouquet of white roses'

Pinky and tammy were busy in snatching the chocolate where maan came close to geet and handed her the roses,, not before giving a sensual kiss to her cheek near her earlobe and whispering huskily: thanks for the invitation, and then nibble the earlobe a little' geet felt the jolt through her stomach'. He handed her the roses brushing his hand on her smooth skin' she gulp her saliva to protect herself from his sweet torture'.

Maan was amazed to find tammy shared same taste of appetite like him,, they were relishing the pasta and geet was admiring the duo,, she knew how much tamanna missed her father and he was completing his role without any knowledge'

Pinky: ok now the cake,,, yaar I wanted that 1st but u brought dinner 1st,, but now at least give our cake'

Maan: cake?

Tammy: yes, today is my birthday na, so mamma baked black forest chocolate cake for me'

Maan looked at geet surprised,, then he looked at tammy: u didn't tell me that'.

Tammy: sorry,,,

Maan: if u had said it before I would brought gift for u'

Geet: maan, u don't need to give her gift,, she is enough spoilt,,

Maan: but

Pinky: oho,, aap agaye na,, that is enough for her,, hain na tammy..

Tammy nodded cutely'

Geet left to get the cake abruptly,, they were playing games when geet brought the cake,, they gathered toward the table which was in center'

Pinky: geet where is the candle yaar'

Geet: oh I forgot in the kitchen'

Pinky: ok let me get that'

Pinky placed the candle in the middle of the cake,, it says 6 in no,, maan was looking at tammy who was busy in drooling over the cake,, and then she blew it not to forget, after wishing to god closing her eyes her every year wish, she always want her mamma to be happy and this year also she wish that only'

After the cake cutting tammy feed the 1st bite to geet,, and then maan smudging his face a little,, geet pinky giggle to see him like that,, maan was taking the tissue from the table when he saw the candle of 6' something click his mind'. He looked at geet with full of question filled eyes' that geet scared to death'..
