Adi had got Meera to his house they were busy making notes on a particular chapter

Dadima was reading some magazine

Meera: Adi tumhare paas iss chapter k references ki list haina zara mujhe dhikana toh [Adi show me the list of references for this particular chapter]

Adi: Haan main lekar aata hoon [Yes I'll just get it]

Adi gets up but he stands there like a statue as if he has seen something that can never be true

Meera: Adi tum yaha khade kyun ho jaakar list lekar aaona [Adi why are u still standing here go and get the list]

Adi did not move

Meera: Offho isse kya hogaya [What's wrong with him?]

Meera also gets up and now she too reacts in a similar manner

Dadima: Ye dono achanak se chup kyun ho gaye [What happened why both of them have suddenly stopped talking]

Dadima has a huge smile on her face when she gets to know the real reason behind the sudden silence

There was a beautiful angel standing in front of them

Dadima: Geet bete aaj iss saaree mein aap kafi khoobsurat lag rahi hai samaj nahi aa raha k kin lafzo mein aapki taareef kare [Geet you are looking gorgeous in this saree I am falling short of words to express your beauty]

Maan:

Maan: Thodi der nahi Geet tum humesha khud ko mere baho mein mehfoos paayogi haalat chahe jobhi ho jaaye ye bahe humesha tumhara intezaar karti rahegi [Not just for a while Geet you will always find yourself safe in my embrace the situations might change but my arms would always be waiting for u]

Adi: Aaj Geet ka birthday hai?

Meera hits him on his head

Adi: Kya hua? [What?]

Meera: Ullu beech mein bolne ki kya zarurat thi [What was the need to speak in between?]

Adi: Sorry

Maan: Haan aaj Geet ka birthday hai aur hume iss waqt uske birthday ko celebrate karna chahiye [Yes it is Geet's birthday and we all need to celebrate it]

Adi: Okay Bro main abhi cake order kar dethi hoon [Ok Bro let me order a birthday cake first]

Maan: Nahi Adi iski zarurat nahi hai cake ready hai [No need to order a cake Adi]

Dadima: Aap kehna kya chahte hai Maan? [What do u want to say Maan?]

Maan: Aap puch rahi thina Dadima k main kitchen mein kya kar raha tha darasal main Geet k liye uska favourite chocolate cake bana raha tha [Dadima I have already baked a chocolate cake for Geet]

Adi: Aapko yakeen tha k Bha mera matlab hai Geet aayegi? [U were confident that bha I mean Geet would be coming here?]

Maan: Kuch batho par yakeen humesha rehtha hai [Sometimes u have to have faith on certain things]

Dadima: Toh chaliye sab milkar Geet ka janamdin manathe hai [So what are we waiting for let's start the celebration]

Maan: Ek minute Dadima pehle Mohinder uncle aur Rano Aunty ko toh aa jaane dijiye [One minute Dadima we won't start the celebration until and unless Mohinder uncle and Rano aunty arrive]

Mohinder: Wait karne ki koi zarurat nahi hai Maan hum aa chuke hai hum toh bus apni beti k liye tofha lene gaye the [We are already here Maan there is no need to wait we got late as we were busy selecting a gift for our beautiful daughter]

Geet did not react she placed her head on Maan's chest as if she did not want anyone else other than Maan

Maan: Cake kaate Geet? [Shall we cut the cake?]

Nakul gets the cake to the living room

Geet takes the knife in her hands but Maan stops her from cutting the cake

Maan: Geet pehle candle blow karke wish toh maango [Before blowing the candle won't u ask for a wish?]

Geet closes her eyes

This was her wish

Geet: (thinking) Kaash kuch aisa ho jaaye jisse mere dil mein chal rahi kashmash dur ho jaaye main ye samaj paau k main asliyat mein kya hoon aur kya chahthi hoon [Do something that I get a clear idea of what I really want help me to find my real self ]

She blows the candle and cuts the cake

She feeds Maan the first bite of the cake

Maan takes another piece and feeds it to Geet

Meera: Ab sirf cake cut karne se celebration pura toh nah hoga na kuch aur karna chahiye [Just by cutting a cake the celebrations won't take place we need to do plan something else]

Dadima: Ab aap hi bata dijiye bete k kya karna chahiye [You only give some ideas]

Meera: Kyun na hum sab movie dekhne chale? [Let's go for a movie]

Adi: Idea toh achha hai par agar tickets available nahi rahe tho I mean aajkal saare multiplex houseful chal rahe hai [Idea is a good one but what if we don't get the tickets nowadays all the movies are running houseful]

Meera: Tickets ki fikr tum mat karo wo mere paas already maujood hai mere ek friend ka apni family k saath movie dekhne ka plan cancel ho gaya tha toh usne mujhe aaj shaam k tickets diye hai aur dekho pure 7 tickets hai hum sab k sab chal sakthe hai [I already have 7 tickets with me one of friend cancelled her plan to go for a movie with her family so she gave these tickets to me]

Dadima: That's great Meera

Everyone decides to go for the movie

Dadima, Mohinder, Rano, Adi and Meera sit in one car whereas Maan and Geet take the other car

Meera had already given two tickets to Maaneet

Adi: Meera tune Bro ko tickets kyun diye hum sab waha ek saaath hi toh pauchengena [What was the need to give the tickets to Bro we would be reaching there almost at the same time]

Meera: Nahi Adi darasal main jab kitchen mein paani lene gayi thi tab maine bhai ko cake banathe hue dekh liya tha aur unhone hi mujhe bataya k aaj Geet ka birthday hai toh maine socha k agar Geet wakai mein yaha aa jathi hai toh kyun na bahi aur Geet ko ek saath kuch waqt bitane ka mauka diya jaaye. Unn dono ko main eek romantic movie k tickets diye hai aur hum sab ek family movie dekhne jaa rahe hai [No Adi actually when I went to drink water I had already seen that Bro was baking a cake he himself told me that he was making it for Geet as it is her birthday today so I thought if at all Geet really comes here then we should do something due to which Bro and Geet can spend some time with each other hence I booked these tickets the one that I have given to Bro and Geet is of a romantic film whereas we are going to watch a family movie]

Dadima: Adi kuch seekhiye apni dost se kitni samajdaar hai ye [Learn something from your friend Adi she is so smart]

Adi: Haan wo toh hai [Yes she is]

Meanwhile,

There was a heavy traffic jam so Maaneet had to take a different route.

The atmosphere was such that anyone could make out that sooner or later it might start raining

As usual both were silent throughout the ride

All of a sudden Maan's car stopped. Maan could not understand the reason he comes out and starts checking his car. Geet comes and stands next to him

Geet: Kya hua Maan? [What's the matter Maan?]

Geet: hmm' ek kaam karte hai hum chalkar jaate hai shayad movie k end hone se pehle pauch jaaye [I feel we should walk and go maybe we will reach before the end of the movie]

Maan: Aisa kyun keh rahi ho Geet [Why are you saying this?]

Geet: Aur nahi toh kya ab hum ek aise sunsaan ilake mein khade hai jaha gaadiyan toh dur insaan bhi nazar nahi aa rahe aur upar se tumhari ye car isse bhi aaj hi bannd padna tha [We are standing in a deserted area where I can't see a single vehicle nor any human being and on top of that your great car is also not ready to start]

Maan was about to say something when all of a sudden it started raining

Geet took the pallu of her saree and placed it on their heads. Maan's hand automatically goes to her waist and both of them start running

They were totally drenched both of them come and stand under a tree. Maan was still holding her waist and due to the pallu of her saree Maan and Geet's face was very close to each other

Their eyes meet and all of a sudden both of them get drowned in an unknown sensation. The rain was playing a perfect cupid it was arousing them there was a burning desire in their eyes

Geet's hand automatically made way to his neck she closed her eyes as if submitting herself completely to his love. Her lips were trembling as if inviting Maan to sooth them with the touch of his lips

Maan started licking her lips with his tongue he has been waiting for so many years to see love in those angelic eyes of Geet and today he could finally see the same emotions in those eyes he was not sure if this was a dream or reality but he wanted to live this moment

The touch of his tongue on her lips were sending currents throughout her body. The water droplets were acting as an obstacle between his tongue and her lips. Geet parted her lips slightly to drink those droplets

Geet was about to kiss him when a sudden sound of thunder stopped her from proceeding ahead. She took a step back

She started breathing heavily and goes and stands at a distance from Maan. But Maan had read those eyes of hers he was sure that she still loves him

Geet tries to move away but Maan stops her

Maan places his hand on her hip Geet tries to remove his hand but somehow she just couldn't manage it. Maybe somewhere deep in her heart she wanted to feel his touch

Maan placed his other hand on her chest Geet's hand automatically made way to his neck

She looked at his eyes as if trying to find out the answer about her feelings which she was unable to understand

Jo bhi hotha hai wo..hone de dilruba

As soon as their eyes meet Geet's confusion was lost somewhere yes she knew that it was love the feeling that she hated the most but was this really true.

Geet wanted to run away from her feelings she started to move once again but Maan held her waist. She had to accept she could not resist his touch her legs were not in her favor they wanted to stand next to Maan

Maan reduces the distance between them and starts caressing her hair with his face. Geet was experiencing a strange emotion she had to agree that Maan's proximity was a heavenly bliss for her

Maan started kissing the nape of her neck.

He encircled his hands around her waist and turned her so that they could face each other

As soon as their eyes meet Geet starts caressing Maan's face with all her love

But all of a sudden the love in her eyes got converted into fear'fear of losing Maan once again

The intensity of the rain increased it seemed that the entire universe was celebrating their union
