Maan is going back to his room when he sees geet crying'.he straightaway goes to her room to ask if she is in some problem'

Maan: kya baat hai geet'? Tum ro kyu rahi ho??? [ what happened geet why are u crying???]

Geet(wiping her tears): nahin aisi koi baat nahin hai'aap jaante hai maan main bachpan se sirf ek hi baat ke liye tarasi hu or vo hai pyar'muje lagta tha ki meri ma ke jaane ke baad muje dubara se wahi pyar milega par unhone muje apne aap se dur kia mere bauji se bhi dur kar dia'mere sabhi rishte sab mujse dur ho gaye'..[nothing like that maan'.u know since childhood one thing I always missed is love'after my mom's death I felt I will get the same care and affection but she made me away from her'.she made me stay away from my father'all my relations went away from me']

Geet: waise ab main aapko or pareshan nahin karne wali main kal subah yaha se chali jaungi'..[and now I wont trouble you much'tomorrow morning I will leave from here'.]

Maan: isme pareshani ki koi baat nahin hai geet tum jab tak chaho yaha reh sakti ho...[there is nothing to trouble about geet...u can stay here till the time you want]

Geet: nahin maan main to mazak kar rahi thi...[no maan i was just kidding...]

Maan: waise geet tumse ek baat kehni thi'.?[ geet wanted to say something to u..]

Geet: haanji kahiye??[ yeah sure']

Maan: geet mere pass tumhare liye kuch hai'.? [geet I have something for you']

Geet: main kuch samjhi nahin [I dint get u']

Maan: geet kal subah tum Bangalore ja rahi ho'.thik hai'..lekin waha par jakar tum apni padhai ke saath koi naukri karne ki baat kar rahi thi'.haina??[geet you want to leave for Bangalore tomorrow'.fine'.but you were talking to apply for a job besides your studies..right??]

Geet: jee haan..[ yes]

Maan: to tum meri company mein job karogi'..muje abhi kuch der pehle mere manager ka call aaya tha meri Bangalore wali secretary ne job chod dia hai tum chao to vo job main tumhe de sakta hu'.or haan ye mat sochna ki maine ye job dene ka failsa aisa hi le liya ye sab tumhare qualification ko dekh ke main de raha hu'.samjhi'[so you will work in my company'..i got a call from my manager few time back he informed me that my secretary has left the job'so if you want you can work at her place'and do remember I took dis decision keeping in mind your qualification'.]

Geet: thanku maan aap mere liye itna soch rahein hai'.aapne waise hi mere liye bahut kuch kia hai or ab'ye sab [thanku maan you already have done so much for me and now']

Maan: dekho geet aisa kuch nahin hai tumhe naukri ki zarurat hai or meri company ko ek secretary ki'.or waise bhi tumhe parso se hi join karna padega''muje kuch important kaam hai yaha to muje Bangalore aate kuch din lag jaenge samjhi tum [look geet there is nothing like that'.u need a job and my company needs a secretary'.and you will have to join from day after tomorrow itself'I have some important work here in so it will take some time for me to come to Bangalore..]

Geet: thik hai main parso apki company mein join kar lungi'..[fine I will join your company..]

Maan: acha geet raat kafi ho gayi subah tumhe nikalna bhi hai'..isliye ab tum rest karo'.[geet its too late now'.and u have to travel tomorrow'.so u take rest now]

Maan leaves for his room and here geet is quite shocked to see the kindness and generosity maan is sharing with her'

Geet: kitne ache hai ye'..kitni madad kar rahe hai meri'..pata nahin aisa kyu ho raha hai ki jab bhi koi mushkil mere saamne aati hai ye dhal banker mere saath khade hote hai or meri saari mushkil aasan kar dete hai'..[ how nice he is'.he has helped me so much'..i don't know why is that happening'whenever I am in trouble he stands with me and all my troubles vanishes at that moment..]

Here maan is not unable to understand his closeness towards geet'.he is unable to think anything beyond her'..

Maan: ye muje kya ho raha hai'.kyu main geet ki har pal madad karne ko tyar rehta hu'..aisa kyu hai ki vo jab bhi roti hai to main use dekh nahin pata'..kuch samaj nahin aa raha'.[ what is happening to me'.why am I ready to help geet everytime'why cant I see her crying'..i am not able to understand']

Maan: jo mere saath pehle hua hai'..uske baad maine apne mann pe kaboo kar lia tha ki jo kuch bhi ho main ab kisi ko apne pass nahin aane dunga'.[ that incident that took place with me'I had made up my mind that I will never let anyone come near me'.]

Maan: bhagwan kya chahta hai''[what does god really want from me']

Maan: par main aisa kyu soch raha hu'..mere mann mein aise ajeeb khayal kyu aa rahe hai'geet ki maine madad ki kyuki usse uss waqt meri zarurat thi'meri jagah koi or bhi hota to shayad wahi karta jo maine kiya'.maine ek aisi ladki ki madad ki jo zindagi jeena jaanti hai bas kahin na kahin vo khud hi ye bhul gayi thi maine bas usse ek raasta dikhaya or kuch nahin'..[ but why am I thinking like that'..why all these stupid thinga re coming to my mind'.i helped geet because she wanted help that time and if somebody else would be at my place I m sure he would have done that'I just tried to show a way to a girl who already knows how to live life'.]

Maan: bas maan ab sochna band kar waise bhi geet kal subah ja rahi hai uske baad teri mann mein ye jo vichaar aa rahe hai vo bhi band ho jaenege'.[that's enough maan stop thinking now'.geet is leaving tomorrow and all the thoughts that are coming to ur mind will end up once she leaves']
