thanks for the post...we should not give up now..when yest i called SO the call was transferred to some senior officer,n the lady was very nice too..They are taking the feedback n took my ph no n email id..she told if some thing comes up she will mail me..I think every1 should call n give them a feed back..i also told them i took star package only for geet.so lets not loose hope now, nflood SO with ph calls

maaneetshauna === i called & my call was trasferred i holded for more than 5 min ... but no one answered the call its like 12:30 in night i cant call now ...:(

even whn i called also first time no one received the call when receptionist transfered to the senior officer...i had hold it for 2-3 mins..then again i called then she received..u can try 2mrw..
