Medha, here's a question for you. What is NT's nationality? Is she a Canadian of Indian Origin or an NRI Indian?

Hey Opti,

I haven't read any posts, sorry.

But I am kind of looking forward to a new Geet/maan rather than they continue this.

We cribbed about annie but the characters that came later made us think how good annie was.

In the same way, we did not want a new Geet and maan in the hope that they will go back to the original maan and geet main story and continue from there but they have made it so bad to such a point of no return, that only a new Maan and geet will be okay and now my mind says Okay, i can't see a continuation of this story any more with these characters, only a new Maan and Geet will do.

Medha, the show may have a saner end than KYM but I'm worried about the sanity of the forum members who are pinning so much hope on seeing the show in the new channel.

Opti, that's a difficult one. Initially, they had identified her as a Canadian (or I could be wrong) and I assumed that she was an NRI.

Dev definitely held Indian citizenship, necessitating MSK getting his visa documents in orders and his visits to the Canadian embassy.

But, by the time of the expose, NT held an Indian passport which Geet whisked away from her.

Usha, we welcome your thoughts too.

Usha, you were right earlier, I think. He did go to London only twice -- the first two instances you mentioned.

Usha, all I can say is hope for the best and be prepared to get disappointed. I would love to see Gurti together on screen again but I doubt it is happening. So I comfort myself watching old Geet episodes and going ga ga over them.

North pole nationality of indian origin. She went back to her igloo. 😃

But seriously, she was in a boarding school in india only, so maybe Indian but born in Canada but brought up here by "bhai"

Was she maan's real sister or dev's real sister?

Hi Opti, it seems that Star Desh ppl have some surprise for Geet viewers. Thats what was told to ppl who had been to their office. Also that they are planning for a wide reach like Star plus so that its accessible everywhere. I wonder why they never thought of doing the same with StarOne 😕
