@Shali: Good point about the jealousy, and to be honest, I would not trade the trust that Maaneet have in each other for anything so I am not too upset about that.

But I guess if we are speaking about playful jealousy, like if some guy was flirting with Geet or something and MSK didn't doubt her but wanted to rip the guy limb from limb, like with Rahul at the KH party, then that could have been much more easily achieved if they had deigned to have an office track, which they did not.

MP can only conceptualise women at the workplace if the switch places, diametrically, with their husbands.

It still baffles me that they could bring Baba Adam's best friend Mahesh Pandey to write a show about a strong woman's struggle to live life on her own terms. 😕

@Bold- Its an extremely excruciating experience when you contrast with the "vision" with which GHSP started & went quite a head long way (that it actually changed some perceptions & gave quite a lot inspiration ) till around Swati's time & Ved raj + MP brought us back to the regressive reality of soaps😭😡

@Samana, Jyoti, mali, Richa, Lily, Bru, Faria, Priya, Sia, Medaha(u welcomed me in the den with open arms), Usha, opti, Yogita, Zahra, Meetu, Shali, Shreya n all the beautiful devils I know n don't know🤗.

Quite a blow ha😭? I'm still trying to collect myself😭. All the mixed emotions I don't know what to say. But lets try.

A show that is like a beautiful dream too good to be true I thank it for the wonderful time is has given us. It made us cry, laugh n love. We all took something from it n enriched our lives. Thank u GHSP for making our lives beautiful, for giving us Maaneet, for showing the true meaning of love. I'll remember n love u as long as I live😳. Sigh u came on a wrong channel at a wrong time n in the hands of a mean PH🤬.

U r the definition of love for me u thought me the true meaning of love. Love your partner as he/she is. Love n Maaneet r synonymous to me. MSK I love u for ur kind, generous, shrewd, arrogant, angry, brooding n sometimes selfish nature. The love u bestowed on Geet is unique. How am I suppose to fall for a real life guy after watching u😳? And Geet my sweet heart the nave innocent yet strong girl who loved her baby so much n loves Maan so very much. Without u MSK could never regain normal life. Thanks for coming to his life loving him immensely n saving him😳. I loveu Geet n I love u Maaneet❤️.

Gurmeet n Drashti(Gurti) U 2 r the most talented n beautiful actors I've ever seen. Love u both a lot❤️. Wish u all the success in ur life n career. Hope to see u together in other good projects too. DD u r so beautiful n talented that I don't hv words to praise u. GC u made MSK possible without u he would never come into existence. I never praised a man's beauty before I saw u n MSK. When it comes to praising men mila becomes very critical😳. But both u n MSK made me praise u guys like crazy u both r so yummy😳. GC I'll miss ur spl INGLISH ECCent u r so adorable with it😳😆. DD n GC I spend so much time drooling at u n I'm not tired of drooling😍. Thank u for making Maaneet possible. Forgive ur fans for bashing u n ur loved ones I apologies on their behalf😳.

Devils Den My journey with the den is not long but I had a blast here. The den welcomed me with open arms n I made so many beautiful friends here. In real life I'm an introvert like MSK🤣. The den gave me the full liberty to express all my feelings freely. I rant vent laugh n cry here. Here I could unleash the devil inside me😈. Thank u guys all for all the wonderful time we had n going to hv together.

GHSP Team Thanks for giving us so many lovely episodes n beautiful Maaneet moments👍🏼. Please give us a grand ending. Don't bring SS n Malign back. Send the comedy circus to north pole. Give us a beautiful Maaneet honeymoon, a sensuous Maaneet CON that shd result in Maaneet's baby. Last but not the least PLEASE LET MAAN REMEMBER HIS BEAUTIFUL PAST WITH GEETH n live a sweet taste in our mouth.

@all- I came for a teeny bit (can only manage that despite my will to come & pour Den with my dissapointment) -but all I can say it feels awful the way CH &/PH have shown to be interested in cutting short such a magnificent journey🤢😭😭😭😭😡

All I would say is hope for the best but be prepared for the worst.

@Lily: Yes, I guess Swati was the dream and Mahesh is the reality. 🤢 Their last name is probably the only thing they have in common!

@Mila: Beautiful post! You summed up the meaning and beauty of each point you addressed, be it Maaneet, GC-DD, the story or the den itself.

Whether the show ends or not, the damage is done. 😕

@Opti: Wise words and exactly what I am doing. I am preparing for the 16th with no memory back, so any other outcome can come as a pleasant surprise but otherwise I hope they go out with a bang.

I am sorry for barging in the Den uninvited but couldn't stop myself when i was going through posts about what's unique about the show few pages back.

For me one of the most unique protryal has to be of an Angry Young Man named Maan Singh Khurana..
There have been many AYM's in Indian television like Angad of KYPH, Arjun in KMH and recently Arnav in IPPKND (what's with all AYM being named from A), but according to me no one had an impact like MSK.
I started watching Geet as I loved DD in DMG, but I got hooked to it only after GC's entry as Maan. The annoyance he potrayed on being interrupted by a girl trying to run from goons and the indiferrence with which he removed the girl's fingers from his shirt will forever be imprinted in my mind. And this was followed by the reluctant (but no doubt dreamy) saving of that very girl from drowning only to dump her without a word on the shore.
That was the birth of unique, larger than life man, Maan Singh Khurana.
I loved the fact that even though he misunderstood Geet in HP, he always spurned her to be strong, to fight for herself. Same continued in Delhi.
No doubt he had flaws, but what I loved was that he never backed down from apologizing for his mistakes once he realized them. He never once lay doubt on Geet's character which is one of the biggest plus for the show.
His unconditional love, unflinching faith in Geet makes him unique.

And kudos to GC for bringing Maan Singh Khurana to life and ruining every other man for us..
