it's 5:40 here.! and, i have dinner always before 7. girly, i jog in the morning for an 1-3 hrs. than gym, 4 days a week. I eat 4 balanced meals. 😆 And, Sunday is like when i don't count calories.it's my pig out day. but the thing is it goes all out on Monday night where i excercise like crazy.😳
