For me, the ideal body is looking fit and being healthy- that's it. Your stomach should not be out. Only then can you say that you are fit! I'm not saying that you have to have bulging biceps or a huge chest but your body had to be proportionate. I just want to look like a fit man who is healthy.

I love my stomach. I wouldn't let go of it for anything in the world. I can deal with my shoulders going down or any other body part not being perfect but my 6 pack is something that I am very proud of. The thing with abs is that you have to concentrate carefully on them to get a 6 pack. If you swim and run you're working on your entire body and taking care of it but for a washboard stomach you have to run and do crunches. I run for my lower abs and I come back and do crunches.

I'm not very happy with my calves. It's damn difficult to exercise them! If Arnold Schwarzenegger said they're the most difficult to work out then you can imagine how tough it must be.
