Did anyone else find it odd that no-one in the family wished Geet a Happy Birthday? Not even Maan, forget anyone else... 😕
The episode as such was alright for me, not really great. The problem maybe that I had expected sooo much more..
Things that worked for me -
1. Everyone involved in the security aspects.
2. Vikram's call to Geet and Geet's response.
3. Vikram's threat. This guy is good as a stalker... but I find his voice a little funny. Stalker jaisa scary nahi lagta. Agar aise kissi ka call mere paas aata toh mein hass padti I think.
4. Maaneet's talk thereafter. Maan's assurances were good as was Geet's acting and her depiction of fear. This girl is something else.
5. Maan rescuing the musician. Atleast it feels like Maan has his instincts running.
Things that did not work for me -
1. Unfortunately the song. I don't know what it was about it, but something seemed out of place. Maaneet moments are always enjoyable, but it looked a bit forced. The intent may have been to show that Geet was still a little tensed and Maan was trying to cheer her up, but it lacked a bit of something.
2. Geet's choker. It is my personal opinion that it did not go with the saree. She should have had a broader neck something for that choker. With the shine and stuff on her saree, it was too much.
3. Maan playing the guitar. I wish they had shown him trying to play a full song or something instead. He just held it for a bit and threw it aside, he looked like a wanna-be actually.
4. Devini and Lucky-Preeto... even while talking to the security guards they were walking together and talking together. It felt silly.
5. Maama, I am so done with him now.
6. Somehow I missed Pinky today. Why wasn't she in the party?
7. I know I am asking for too much, but Geet ka naam photo pe likhne ke liye kal hi toh Vikram ne haat khata tha yaar. Ek bandage hi dhika dete. Such small things make a big impact.
Things that I expect to see hereafter-
1. I wish Vikram ridicules MSK... Maybe something like "U wont be able to do anything and I will take Geet from right under ur nose" and stuff... I want MSK to fret it out some.
2. Vikram can leave messages and gifts for Geet in Geet and MSK's room... a constant reminder for Maan that someone is entering their room.
3. If Vikram is someone from Geet's past having known her from HP days then I want him to somehow punish Dev for his prior sins (I know, I am still hopeful, sigh)... Maybe beat up Dev and break his bones and leave a note saying that it is punishment for his sins...😳
4. Disclose some details about Geet that Maan is unaware of... some small likes etc to make Maan feel insecure of the fact that someone else knows his Geet more..
Will add on if I can think of more...
