You are on the right road, if you are on the road of love. Even a saint wrote "of all - the greatest of roads is love"... It sounds too simple, yet the road to success, the road to faith, the road to riches is far more superior than plain old love.
And Maan has chosen the tough plain road, with grit and determination, if I may say so. And Geet seems to plead "without love I am nothing". Both of them seemed to be least interested in each others interests especially Maan, who was dug into his business trip without any concern. And Geet seemed far too interested in her simple pursuit of happiness than think of Maan's seriousness in the business meeting. Either way, when the whistle blew and unsurety gathered with the storm, both could only think of each other. What more can I say " their world is bound by love, love and nothing more than love". I so love Geet's expressions. Her chai😆, her pakode's😆, her sugar cane bites😆 and ofcourse her longing eyes for Maan, her wink😆. Maan seems stoicly overwhelmed by her silent demands. And for a while I thought his memory is gonna kick back in quick flashes as he watches her lounge in splashes of water.😳
I can't figure out how Nandu graduated from college and straight to a clean chit at the conference table. Ofcourse its family business, but even families don't allow their kin to jump from waitress to manager !! Usually its climbing up the ladder and if a job well done, then a double promotion but not this!! Anyways good old Dev is the lady's man and if not at his own work, he's there to keep his wife on a pedestal - he remained a stale- mate while his earlier wife trampled all over him. Anyways this is called eating the "humble pie".
Preeto and Lucky. As I read in Jyo's post, it would have been nicer if they allowed a social message with Preeto's obesity and an encouraging trend for women the world over where she would work her way to challenges to beat her obesity. Leave it to the CVs!!
As the days run towards a very unsure path for GEET HSP, I really miss Maan & Geet and everytime I see them, I remember their bygone, beautiful, rock solid days when they first met and crossed potentially dangerous crisis's to give us that ultimate love story that occupies a deep space in our hearts.
