If they had invested even 1% of effort in they are putting on Dev and Samir on My Nainon ka tara...the original Naintara...aka Karishma , TRPs would have been consistently above 1!!

And by the end they will give half the propery to NT and she can settle in a far away isalnd ..spend rest of her days sipping virgin mojitos with a handsome hunk in a beach (Ohhh...did I blabber too much on my fantasy retirement plan 😳😆)

To keep up the positivity of the show , CVs can show NT and Geet become BFFs...imagine they sharing tips on recipes and discussing the count of their husband's abs and new Chi moves

Thoughts on Second-Hand!

Hmmm... so someone called Geet 'second hand'...? um... 😕😕

Er... is Maan 'first-hand'... i mean there was Sameera... so you cant be sure... 😆😆... we were meant to find out, but i guess the CVs forgot... like a lot of other things...! 😉😉

...But whoever mentioned second-hand for Geet didnt use that adjective EVEN for Dev, at the first mention, whose characterization he/ she so abhors...

(Though he/ she raises this point later, I wonder why he/ she didnt describe Dev like that in the first place itself... after all it is about calling a spade a spade!! Subtle words and not the imp. point he/ she was trying to make, but the bias def. shines through...)

'Second-hand' is the ultimate objectification... it is used for furniture, cars, clothes, books... (THINGS that had a different previous owner) not for humans...

Actually not for any living beings... hell, even if you got (say) a 2 year old puppy whose 'owner' was someone else earlier, you dont call it 'second-hand'... but a human??? tsk tsk... Whoever made that comment needs to understand that...

My thoughts only...!

PS: Vaise me a little confused... not at the point of 'second hand' but on the usage of the term 'used'... is that the term nowadays for non-virgins, male or female? 😆😆 Wow... i know a lot of married er... 'used maal' 🤢

LOL Deej... Even I have the same question about Maan's virgin status!!

In a way I am happy that TM stopped with the usage of "second hand" and did not use S word for lack of vocabulary to describe Geet!!

As per the def of TM, no virginins are graded as "nth hand" where "n" equals to the number of partners!!

As for me, I know everything is happening is wrong, but I don't complain for three mainly reasons...

1- I never take Indian serials seriously, If I have to search for logic in them I will turn crazy 😆

2- Complaining would never change anything, it's mainly CVs khel, actors don't have any say in it and they have to do what the CVs tell them unfortunately sometimes even against their wish and complaining actually only make CVs much into their own ideas, not only in Geet, but I saw this in many other shows...

3- I learned to never take these show seriously, as Rahul said, If you want magic forget logic, but I would say in Geet's case aaj kal, dono missing hai, magic and logic 😆

In anyway, I just watch it and that is it, I learned to never take it so personally or seriously, coz they r far away from being real...

True... i completely agree... if he/ she (am being safe as i still dont know the gender!!) had used the 'S' word, there would have been a bloodbath... and this thread would have been closed long back... 😆😆 so we should be grateful for his/ her forbearance!!

Hmmm... wow, that grading system sound like grading of liquor... Chivas 12, Chivas 18 (only here n=no. of years!)

Imgaine Maan Singh Khurana, billa no. n=2, Dev Singh Khurana, billa no. n=3, Geet Singh Khurana, Billa No. n=2... Btw... by that logic, at the time of Kekta's Kyunki, Tulsi, Parvati, Prerna, Kasturi, Kashish, Jai Walia, Anurag, Mr. Bajaj, Mihir, Sujal ALL had 2 or 3 marriages... Errr... were they all 'second-hand'/ 'used' maal???
