Can't believe i am posting threads in between work. This is what GHSP means to me. Anyway, I think the channel leaked the news to deaddict us so that we don't feel the exit pangs. Also, this is intended to weaken our save geet campaigns. For how many of us can go on like this for two months. They are tiring us out. Then they are absolved of the guilt and logic of pulling the plug for we would have mentally withdrawn from the show and not watch it diligently perhaps. Already the fizz of our campiagn has dimmed with so many news reports on the same subject. It's the cry wolf scenario. Also, it seems the channel and PH have creative differences which seem to be beyond repair. Can't understand, the same team did other successful shows too. So why can't they reach negotiating ground seems a mystery.
Anyway campaign for the show and Gurti as much as we can.
I can't believe that show writers can't develop a selling story if given a chance.
In any case, if this doesn't work, hope our talented leads get another outing. Their onsceen time was too short (just a year compared to the same shows of the PH, DMG and MJHT) for us. Even other lead couplings have had more screen time. Let's give them TRPs (though we don't have TAM meters) or feedback and prove that the show is still a selling proposition. I just hope some other channels take up this pair if all fails.
