guyes, the man in the pic is breaking the vrat of his wife and only then MSK realizes that geet had kept vrat for his well being and he like a dumbo shouted on her than breaking her vrat by feeding her food & water. After seeing this couple he is too consumed with guilt for not remembering about the vrat and Geet is still fasting. I really feel that he will rush back home (may be with fake anger) and some how make geet drink some water and fulfil his duty.

Yaar there were so many promos which were missing (changed to teh same situation & not exactly the same). so obviously, we can see the mis match in dress.

I'm thinking perhaps his upset and goes for a drive. On his drive he see's poor couple struggling yet supporting each other through bad times. Perhaps the bond between these two makes him think twice about how his treating Geet...
