I guess either she has rescheduled the meeting or brought the client to KM on the pretext of celebrations at home...

After seeing so many missed calls from Adi, she would have called the clients and discussed the points and have finalized date for signing the contract for the later part of the week. Sje would have done this for 2 reasons, one that is because by the time she got to see the missed calls, it was beyond meeting time & second option is that, since she is the major (51%) share holder, it would have called her signature (not really sure) than MSK'd and she didn't want him to know about this as he is still apprehensive in accepting her as his wife. The later part is more likely as Adi had called only MSK & Geet's phones. Otherwise he could have called the KM landline, Dev or even Lucky to that matter who were still in the office.

I even feel that the meeting was not even scheduled for that day as Maan had instructed Adi to postpone all his appointments & meetings to the next day and from where on the earth Adi will have the guts to disobey his words. Looks like it is the master plan of Geet with the help of ADI.
