Well one possibility could be that by some of her actions he did get his memory back , like in the hotel he asked "Geet aagae kya hua" he had smirk on his face when he makes Geet drink that tea because he knows she hates it. He was not surprised today to hear she remembers all his likes he brushes her off saying thik hae thik hae. He is not able to maintain eye contact with her. He is trying to distance himself from her. on the other hand he also knows that he has to face coming Pammi and NT problem, he always puts a shield around him and distances himself from his loved ones to tackle the situation. he did that when Geet was brought back to his office and NT was trying to be in same office. He asked Geet to leave.
Who knows he might be thinking that keeping NT home since Dev has changed they both can keep eye on her moves. Today in precap he is saying don't involve in things if you don't know how to handle or what's going on and tells her she knows very well what he means. Now these dialogues could have one straight forward meaning or twisted indication. maybe the way she reacted to NT made him remember somethings.
