it could be used for a flashback scene ...maybe where naintara reveal to us what "truth" she told maan that he agreed to bring her in KM. I don't think she told the actual truth that dev n grey are assuming :s

this is an imp scene i guess it will be shown when mystery will be revealed that what exactly nt has told maan we all know that she hasnt told the truth later on it will be shown thats what i feel.
