Hi! Been reading here for quite sometime and have thoroughly loved so many posts / discussions and feel these must be quite similar to what may be in college English literature classes (I am from science background so no idea).

Been watching GHSP ever since the 1st promo was telecasted. All those Promos were so interesting that I looked forward to the start of the serial and have been watching it ever since.
I loved DD's acting. And then MSK's entry did not let me go off this serial.
So these 2 brilliant actors have got me still hooked onto it inspite of some illogical, uninteresting tracks/episodes/scenes during last 16 months.

About forum... I came to know when i was searching something on Google.

What made me join? ... someone was looking for some place for all episodes downloads with just one link (Unlike YouTube's multiple links) and i had used Sudha's website for my downloads so just wished to help and so joined.

Forum was so very very rich with so many wonderful writers, feel sad that so many of those writers do not come on the forum any more to make such fantastic discussion topics and carrying it on. Hope to see their writings again sometime.

And last but not the least... I love your style of writing and your sense of humour (Ur replies on this thread bring a huge smile). You and the other forum people have that knack of bringing the new people to the forum and to open up here.

So, quite a bit of intro. Oops! its quite long one.

I guess I am new too, since I made my first post in June but it just doesn't feel that way! The forum has basically taken over my life and I love making discussion posts about characterisation and interesting social and cultural issues the show raises, and of course seeing and commenting on all the serious, happy, informative, analytical and often hilarious posts I find here! GHSP is is a show for a thinking audience! I love that there is a place where I am not only accepted but congratulated for my unhealthy obsession with the show and its characters!

I only started watching Geet at the end of Jan., just after they got married (mainly because I was abroad for studies and just didn't know it existed) when I stumbled upon Maan's incredibly strong jaw-line while flipping channels one day. What can I say? It was love at first sight!

So then I caught up with the story through recaps in the SO website so I could continue watching and slowly caught up with all the episodes. That is also how I found the forum, that is, trying to find a place where I could know more about the story and I was a silent reader for a while but got drawn in.

It's very nice to meet all of you.

hey samana welcome and yes i wanted to tell you, you are a great writer... hope we fans can get a ff on maaneet soon... your post on analysis of geet leaving the house and maan's anger really a great post... i personally loved it alot...it was nice meeting you too dear... 🤗
