I have always felt he uses Hindi like Amitabh Bachaan uses.
All the dialogues fillers and modulation people from North can connect to. We say "suno' a lot in UP ,Humm haan aap these are our pet words, but even if someone uses these words it has to come from within. Which only Guru can do because he is so down to earth no showoffing

Haaye! I just loved him n his attitude in the film, ur right he looks like junior MSK! the best scene for me was scene 4 haha they way he was abusing his friends. "gadhe ke bache" Rofl.

These two dialogues remind me of our MSK
"tum chup raho"
"suno"
