I don't think she's stupid... If she's able to leave the country in time, she can escape Indian laws ... & in that case she can't be brought back to India without long term legal procedure... she'l be free in some other country... that's why NT wanted to leave the country when devil was revealed... but if they launch a police complaint right now her visa & other documents would be seized & she won't be able to get away.
