It would be interesting to have Vicky's entrance.
Here is my take.
Vicky is running an ad agency abroad and makes a re-entry into India, opening his branch here. He may have left the house because he was earlier a wastrel and Maan had been harsh with him for his own good but he was upset with him and thought he will prove himself. He may been helped by Pammi's relative so Maan may not have been aware of his whereabouts. Now that he has made a name for himself he returns to India. He comes to know about what befell his brother. He does not want to reveal his identity yet to his brother when he is down. He wants to help without making it obvious. He chances to meet Geet and uses Geet's ignorance of him to offer her a job as a model flattering her about her looks. Geet first declines but when assured that she will be given decent ads to shoot, and given their tight economic position, decides to accept his offer. He is very friendly with Geet, wanting to know more about his bhabhi. When Geet tells Maan how much interest her boss takes in her, he gets jealous and finally bursts out. He is desperate to meet the boss (who keeps eluding him) and finally Maan meets him after he has rebuilt his empire. The two brothers then unite.
We can even have a love story for Vicky where he is interested in one of the models and Geet plays cupid.
