Yep not everybody can do that. No matter how much I love GC, handling the media is one thing he can't do too well. But it is one heck of a job considering they don't stop pestering you.

I personally feel the show should end if it has nothing interesting to show, and certainly if the only way it could continue is by ruining the characters. As of now, the show has not yet reached that stage although there have been phases where it has either stagnated or deteriorated. The original plot had a lot which is still not fully exploited. Focusing on Maan's past is something we've always wanted and now they are giving it to us. Hope the actors get enthused by the current track and give their best. For that there needs to be somebody with a vision. The screen play will fall flat and talented actors like DD and GC will fail if the execution, which is primarily the responsibility of the director and to some extent the cameramen and the editors, does not deliver. Lets see where the show goes from now.

Every show has minor set-backs and so did Geet, everything has not crashed down yet. Most importantly the show still has potential and that is what matters. Hopefully with the current track Geet will regain it's TRP's and fan's back.

Jyo, you were right. Drashti admitted that she is putting more of herself in Geet rather than the other way around. She also mentioned that the directors virtually let her do as she sees Geet. Now that is worrisome. It is clear the guys at the helm do not have a vision as they are there only for a short while. Someone does need to tell her to get back into the Geet mode and not remain in the Drashti mode now that we have a serious track on. GC has by and large maintained his Maan image but this track will scale new heights only if DD too plays Geet as she is meant to be and not thrust her own persona into her.

Anyways I just hope the new track gives substance to both actors and their interest in the show comes back🤔

Jyo! just saw ur post regarding DD's interview..U knw I always observe ur posts..Lemme say u come across as a very sorted person..u have kept ur poitns so beautifully..👏👏 there is a bal in the postivity and negativity..u clearly mentioned what is right and wrong..Hats off to u..😃

I loved her interview and her frankness..But her answer that she ia bored of mahii moments could have been avoided..or she just have twisted the words like she wants some progression in the story even in terms of romance would have satisfied everyone..A lot of ppl felt offended by her answer, fans who just love to watch their maii moments..
Geet is like her baby, she should take care of it..Her answer somewhere gives u a feel that she is not connected to the show at all she is doin it for money..That's it..I knw its good to be practical..but I feel a proper balance is required between emotions and practical things..Too much of everything is bad..suppose a actress says that I she didnt enjoy much doin the film and then expects that audience wud love the movie..Is it possible? No! Her answer that sometimes u have to do some scenes when when u are not convinced abt that was apt..but she is bored of doin mahii scenes was way too blunt..she knws it very well that the show is selling on that mahii moments only..I think the fans saw the amritsar circus just to get a glimpse of mahii moments otherwise there was nothing intresting in that track..Romance and these mahii moments is the USP of the show..

Well i can only say that she could have twisted her words or avoided the question..And I hope the makers are listening..And in this track there will be a progression in the story and chracter developments with proper matured romance..The new track looks promising..
