aarti - regarding the lawyer ... i added the change in yesterday's thread ... saying some one took bank loan on KC & KM name ... so bank sealed KC & Km & will auction to get their funds ... here bank took over the company ...

this happens a lot ... i have seen a big manufacture of chain company in USA ... close down the business due to mis use of funds ... gold & silver ... when bank came over ... all gold & silver was missing ... thy owe to bank ... some where around 25 million dollars ... thy were doing such a great business ... but all of a sudden bank closed the company within no time ...

Very true...it happens a lot in US...right now especially with economy the way it is...so it is possible...but yes bank can only take over if loans are not paid...so that has to be something to do with it...
