aarti - regarding the lawyer ... i added the change in yesterday's thread ... saying some one took bank loan on KC & KM name ... so bank sealed KC & Km & will auction to get their funds ... here bank took over the company ...

this happens a lot ... i have seen a big manufacture of chain company in USA ... close down the business due to mis use of funds ... gold & silver ... when bank came over ... all gold & silver was missing ... thy owe to bank ... some where around 25 million dollars ... thy were doing such a great business ... but all of a sudden bank closed the company within no time ...
