@Jyo, it cant be about shareholders coz MSK owns 51% of KC shares and I think Dev/Nt owns 25%.

It can be about board of directors as they are not happy with the fact that MSK has not been at work for months and all projects are lagging behind. Adding to this, KC starts facing big law suits as the terms of contract with clients are not met with. Also, KC has not been receiving any new projects recently coz its name in business world is slowly tarnishing as no one has seen MSK in recent business parties or in the office. Basically people start loosing faith in KC's work and name. They can also bring NT back from coma and show that she was secretly working in bringing KC down as she knew that MSk/dev/adi were busy in amritser circus.

So instead of 1 reason, there can be multiple reasons that brought about KC's downfall, without showing MSK as a looser. Its just that his absence from Delhi caused this, not really his lack of intelligence of lack of interest in business.
