Are CV's teaching us a lesson that never demand con and be happy with intimate scenes only...🤓... their half CON on wedding night and mahi mahi and RTM and PEE LOON ... infact all their dance sequences or intimate moments after wedding were way more hotterrr than this...

The episode was good, not bad. All the characters were properly used. Maha-episodes are like this only, some scenes last more than others and in the end one gets the feeling nothing happened in the episode.

The lantern was symbolic, folks. Just as it lost strength, flickered and died out, so also did Maaneet lose vigour, flicker their eyelids and slump into peaceful slumber.

Well, I have to commend the CVs for one aspect. It may have been done on other shows, but I am not aware of it.

They took the agency of the wife into consideration. The male lead sought his wife's permission for consummation. It was not a case where the man exercises his "marital rights" over his wife, irrespective of her consent or her willingness.
