But, I so wanted her to write a letter in reply. And, the lady dashes off to the indicated venue of assignment.

And, no, he says that he will wait for her ... till he dies or until she comes. She should have made him wait a while, at least until 23:59:59 hours of the deadline.

The line I loved was when he said that I wan to hug you so hard and then not even breathe hard so that there is no distance between us...It was kind of closure to Diwali Dialogue...When he said that he didn't want even the air that touched her to touch him...

I have to say Barry is a master of words...I just hope he uses the same skills with Geet's lines...And I hope Mahesh Pandey includes Geet's perspective in the story...🤔
