Hey everyone!
And here was this man- then like that..and now, so much in love- willing to face everything to get his love back.
The execution, while better was still v mediocre- there were things that were confusing.
And didn't come out clearly.
Also, why do the writers want to portray every woman character as dumb, except geet, though i don't know for how long she'll be spared...
Why is the woman always the brunt of all of the audience's attacks and the men put on a pedestal to be looked up to.
Like seriously?
I mean, is the show run by chauvinist men who just want male characters to be revered in response to the female characters who have now been portrayed as obstinate; confused and desperate?
And all this done in the name of the protagonist. It's pretty disgusting and I can't seem to be able to express why this is happening.
There is a certain logic and a certain artistic sensitivity which should be shown to all characters in the show.
I'm not dictating- but just expressing my views.
I am glad Geet spoke up today.
And there was connection.
Both maan and geet saw each other and maan understood...geet seems to have forgiven him in her heart and just wants him to leave- unable to still let go of what he said.
I now think it's more than just those two dialogues...the fact that he had doubted her and had insecurities?....perhaps it wasn't overplayed but it was playing in his mind...
He said "aisa kya jadu kar diya dev ne tum par"
So i guess it was all those things and the fact that he doubted her felicity.
Gunaah- After he had told her that she is pavitra, their relation is paak...he actually made it dirty by doubting her- he called her dirty- safed khoon in that sense
So, I can understand somewhere why she can't forgive so easily.
Not that she loves him less, and that is what she has to realize now. Nothing else.
The fact that she loves him more than she is angry with him.
Love heals all wounds. and MSK will heal her wounds.
In the process of healing maan's wounds(hopefully soon, she will heal her own too)
MAAN and GEET both shared their emotions with DEV.
Pehle, Dev gave gyaan to maan. Today DEV gave gyaan to GEET.
When they get together- i think both of them will together forgive dev so that he can believe himself again.
We are kind of being like nandini here in a sense, believing that once a rapist, always a rapist.
Everyone deserves a second chance.
If we're angry with Beeji for scolding ballu over 1 mistake and not allowing him leave for other mistakes- aren't we doing the same for dev?
Obviously ballu didn't do what dev did and all but still there is a certain pattern to be observed here.
GEET needs to forgive maan, just as maan needed to forgive dev. NAndu needs to forgive dev, just as beeji n teji need to forgive maan.
It's all about forgiving and moving on in life.
Because the protagonist and her life became stagnant because of not letting go of bad experiences and moving on after learning from them; the show became stagnant till this loop could be completed.
Dev saw Geet in a mirror-
she will always be the reminder of his mistake to him...she will always be the one who will hold up a mirror to what he did. his actions and his past.
Although MAan and Geet have let go..perhaps dev can't let go of him...
Maan put a hand on dev's shoulder- while i was creeped out by the convo..i guess it will take some time for me to get used to it..LOL
Okay- maan is wearing a red pagdi...reminds me of a certain ahem someone!!
BTW- what was daarji doing?? why did he come?
LOL- the UMT scene was cut out...seriously what was that about??
I guess therein could be purpose of daarji coming..
Or perhaps he just wanted to show he loved his 'dhee-raani' - he loves his grand-daughter haan..his princess..im telling ya, he wanted to know if daadi had come along and was disappointed..hmmm..
OR he wanted a drive?

Whatever- i think he wanted to express solidarity with geet and concern for her well-being.
Right- make nandu strong. Please don't make her a dumb girl who jumps to conclusions without wondering head or tail over them. Seriously...if u had to make her dumb- why did u make her READ??
As far as dev as msk is concerned- everyone in this world knows the irony..haha he will be bashed by everyone in the family.
But remember- we have a contrast being built up in front of us...it is maan who is controlling his anger at all insults thrown at him. Saying sorry etc..
I liked that now Geet is watching maan and maan is watching geet.
Both understand- she wants him to go back and she can't see him getting insulted.
He will not go back without her. so he will stick around and she will realize her love is stronger than her anger.
Lucky- Maan scene was adorable!!
I think the team is really zaalim- baar baar kapde dikha rahe ho- kuch de do naya geet ko pehenne ko!!

Symbolism-
Maan was angry- v v angry and with car- like maan ka engine garam tha, he splashed water on to his face..i mean the car..
I ALWAYS wanted to see this scene!! Finally!
and geet hides behind a flimsy curtain.
For maan, that curtain is just an excuse to stay away from him. The anger she is hiding behind is not as important as their love and he's willing to wait out till that curtain blows away to see her tears, which are falling steadily.
HE can see her through their love and she cant see him face all this for their love and her forgiveness which she can't grant so so easily :(
oh well..hopefully soon..
Since water has connected, today we saw that somehow, the car of maneet is coming back on track because they are conversing, at least with themselves.LOL
As always, thinking of each other, and not of themselves. Since the car is now being cleaned- clear of all misundrstandings as maneet's rship, it will soon be ready for travel haan!😳
Geet realized the bitter ironies that maan had voiced a few epis earlier- about food.
LOL...
Okay...I liked the epi but not too much...lack of good execution still
GC's subtle reactions today were mind blowinG!!
And so was DD...SS looked adorable- it seemed he became shy when maan talked of loving geet..hehehee..aww
That's it!
Please don't make Nandu dumb.
