Certainly the recent track in Geet is not loved and Geet's character alongwith Maan's character has been ruined and the over stretching of track and geet's unjustified anger which is not related by fans and not liked at all has resulted and is now evident in recent rankings..on India forum.

Since ranking methodology is trusted by fans...we fans feel sorry for hard work of Guru and Drashti not complimented by writers of Geet at all...and pathetic justification by writers has resulted in fading of Maaneet love and Drashmeet chemistry..

There is no harm in taking help from fans atleast suggestions from fans for future plots...you are very lucky to have passionate fans thinking for you....and ready to give suggestions for free...

Fans like Muskan and Angel are brilliant and now Dhwani too is making an impact...

Think about it...if the moderator starts a discussion topic then fans would certainly participate under specified rules for suggesting future tracks in Geet and the best one rewarded and selected and getting a chance to meet their beloved Maaneet and also work on the track with professionals and let them know their vision...

The positive out of this is...if ever fans get a chance they will get practical exposure and better understanding of how things work in real..

This is called "brainstorming" used by corporates for idea generation..

You have close to one tenth of a million registered here....atleast few would be talented enough to help you guys...

I have written possible future track for Geet with 150 episodes completed....

I am doing my bit so that I am atleast prepared to serve if ever our Maaneet need it..

The episodes are written taking into consideration practical situations and something which can be shown on screen...nothing too fictional and fairy tale types..in it..

The idea behind the article is to request team Geet to motivate fans too to actively participate and for team geet to make full use of available resources which is indeed very good as far as Maaneet fans are concerned...

My yet another attempt to let Nissar,Star One and others know where they are going horribly wrong despite the new track being very good.

Changing attitude of writers of series Geet..

1) Starting with Mahesh Pandey and others who are presently writing the story and screenplay for series Geet.

Maan and Geet are two souls who dont need anyone to come in between and intervene and tell them what they shud do and what they shud not..self realisation was the biggest strength of the characters Maan and Geet which was intact till the present writers arrived.

The present writers took over just before Mis carriage track began

A) The things which the present writers did horribly wrong were degrading Maaneet relationship for extention of the track and series Geet...

Certainly after MC plot,the writers had enough scope to show some emotional Maan and Geet scenes but you hardly find one or two and rest were created to accomodate Dev's scene which were absolutely disgusting and unwanted as far as fans are concerned.

When fans say shout crib and complain that Maaneet magic is missing they mean Maaneet scenes are missing which are expected..part of the story flow but are not shown by makers becoz writers dont write them..

The present writers have tried their best to show Maan and Geet's love is not that great and have tried to potray Dev as the one smart chap...who understands their relationship better..

If you look back...at the work of present writers,you wont even feel like watching those episodes again...Ved raj and his team too did not do a great job but still their work was watched again becoz of Maaneet wedding and atleast they showed Maaneet free from external and thrid party intervention.

The reason why present writers are the biggest threat to series Geet is for following reason..

1) To fill in airing time they are not ready or willing to think beyond bringing in Dev between Maaneet and in the process irritating Maaneet fans even more...despite knowing Dev's track is not at all loved by fans..and when he comes in between Maaneet it adds to even more frustation for many to switch channels..now that is the extent to which Maan and Geet are loved by fans.

2) If you look at thei past work...now instead of showing Maan giving a surprise to Geet when he wants to convey his message for a new beggining they showed Dev doing it for Maaneet which was hated by fans...

3) Add to it circumstances where Geet was forced to go out with Dev and the writers showed Maan incapable of understanding Geet's state...

4) Followed by the holi sequence and pravachan given by Dev..making you feel for the new writers Dev is a bigger hero than Maan for Geet...

5) All this may have been done becoz Guru was out of station but then there was a better way of presenting everything...if they did not want to create misunderstanding..then they cud have clearly shown a misunderstanding where Geet forgives Dev...in one of the scene instead of all the build up which not only resulted in many loosing hope of anything exciting in future but also many hate the present character of Geet.

Even now you wud find the present writers constantly bringing in Dev between Maaneet and despite a good work done in characterisation of new entries, fans are still hating their work for two reasons:

1) Maan and Geet scenes are not written in a manner how fans expect and now even a fan chosen randomly from a group wud do a better job in explaining how the Maaneet scene shud be written and how it shud be shot..now that is what I call observation and Maaneet are observed that keenly..such is the scenario that tomorrow if I get a chance to direct an episode even my work will be bashed and so to me but then I can gaurantee the number of peple bashing wud be far more less infact irrelevant compared to the ones who are been bashed now..

2) Despite constant and now even a kinder garden student wud realise that fans dont want Dev at all and specially between Maaneet,the writers only to accomodate the new actor and give him some scope in the series are compromising on those two "Gurmeet and Drashti" who are the only reason to watch the show..

All I can say is the present writers dont have an vision for Drashti and Gurmeet and characters Maan and Geet at all and if ever the moderator or any one from technical team reads it shud take it as a feedback and work on it rather than proving their point right becoz if they try to do it..fans wud bother least and wud pass on one message to everyone in team Geet and that wud be

"Finally go to Hell,now we bother least"

I wont say sooner they realise and all that nonsesnse becoz geet has indeed lost its way so badly from the point when geet revealed her truth that one feels Geet can indeed be a case study for Management professional and those who do courses in Media and film making to learn how one shud design plots,study impact of ignoring fans feedback and what not to do when you have leads who are as much loved as Drashti and Gurmeet.

2) Ved raj and team joined when the attitde and instruction of Starone was give quantity do hell with quality..so they can be spared...and Star One shud be held responsible but then money is money..so no comments...but Ved and his team sacrificed Maaneet moments to add other parallel tracks...which too wasnt appealing

3) By far the real heroes who wud be sitting and either feeling bad sad or happy if they were forced to leave the show Geet..

Swati,Vincent,Priya and Mrinal and to some extent creative head and script supervisor Devyani Khanna...all these made sure that they gave a new vision in terms of Maan and Geet and they tried their best and complimented the best to the hard work,image and chemistry of Drashti and Gurmeet as a pair...

Exploring and using the pair's charismatic effect to its best......


Directors Maan Singh,Noel Smith,Sundeep Sharma,Nissar Parvez are the pillars...


All I can say at the end of the article is...

" Fans shud not expect wonders from the new team and now shud be prepared to either stop watching the show or if patient enough then enjoy what ever is served becoz that is the best fans wud get out of the creative brilliance of the present team of writers and teachnical team..

I hope the changing attitude of writers and the article is taken in a positive manner to work on what is lacking and as a feedback from a passionate Drashti Dhami fan who is now dead sure that his vision for Drashti Dhami and Gurmeet cannot be matched by anyone who is out there working and by God's grace and with time if ever come accross a chance wud prove it ...in his work...

For now be happy and read by blog with future track for Geet which is Geet season two and episode 152 completed
