Brilliant post!! This message was much needed and well delivered.👏 I don't know why the fans become so obsessive...they loose track of what they liked about the show, the characters, and the actors.

A true fan always respects the character and the actor....so lets not forget we are MAANEET fans...always were, and always will be!!!👏

A fabulous post you made. I concur with everything you have said. Luckily so far everything fans have done to demean GC and DD haven't affected them... but the trigger can happen any day at any time... we maneetians as fans have a responsibility towards them. To keep them happy, and to ensure their chemistry stays in tact... if we ourselves start turning them against each other, god help the actors themselves.

Totally agree!
We all are a family so why do we fight n become so immature?
It is right to give constructive criticism about a character but when it getz to the actors it is way past the boundary line

A wonderful and a very heartfelt post! One from a true Maanetian!👏

I don't read the posts you mention as I find them very childish but I've got a gist of it.

I wish everyone would concentrate on Maan and Geet as characters in fiction rather than see them as living breathing people.

Unfortunately, some people can't seem to do that and have mixed up the real life people with the reel life ones.

Their disappointment that the reel-life relationship did not translate to the real-life one has caused all this tamasha. Simple as that.

Sadly, the rest of us, who actually can see the difference and are fine with it are/will be the sufferers.

One can only hope that GC/DD, if and when they do get a whist of this mayhem, will ignore it continue to work as the true and complete professionals they are.

I have full faith in them and in their love for what they do!
