Awesome as always Sergeant, loved it👏

I had this saved in my poem-folder:

Revolving Door
What is time but something that fills in the gaps,
The gaps between memories, days gone by and breaths that we take.
It seems to be a revolving door.
As seasons come and seasons go,
so do the moments that make the revolving door.
We find ourselves in the midst of emotions, some good and some bad.
Surrounded by different scenes of people and thoughts.
Sometimes we are happy and content in this little corner of the world,
The one that we and time create.
The scenes come and go, each hopefully with a valuable lesson.
The people we love, we watch and wait like we do our children.
Waiting for those special moments,
The ones that create revolving doors.
As time fills the gaps, the people come and people go,
The lessons are learned and emotions change,
Sometime they fill you up, or leave you laying on the floor.
The time that makes a revolving door.

Love your analogies...

So aptly put -
Passing through the revolving doors of life they feel each others touch, the wind bears their scent; I can taste you, I can smell you they say yet why cant I see you? They are so near yet so far away.

You can only tempt fate so much, fate can only tempt you so; Even God stops his manoeuvring ways and the soul mates will meet oneday whether they are near or far away.

God's ways are endearing... he always gives you more than you have lost. What is more divine then the feeling that the one you love resides within you.

you killed me with this one...maan is to geet what geet is to maan and they simply cannot be apart from each other because it would be equal to them not knowing where they are themselves...

Totally... Maan ki Geet; Geet ka Maan even their names are tied together in a string one can not be worn without the other.
