Can't thanx you ENOUGH for this post Sylvia!! You took my words out of my mouth ... of course the words you wrote down are much more precise and beautiful but this is exactly what I've thought of the situation..

Because during the lecture Dev kept mentioning how Geet loves Maan an vice versa .. that part of the lecture I felt had no impact on Maan because Maan doesn't need a thrid person -- ESPECIALLY DEV -- telling him that Geet loves him .. he knows that.

The sole reason we needed this confrontation is for Maan to know exactly the reason for the forgiveness towards Dev and that she has left on the account that Maan couldn't understand why before he lashed out like that.

And I agree .. sometimes it's the one who has learnt from the wrongdoings in their life that are able to stop other pepole from making a mistake .. so in this case .. Dev knowing how much he has failed due to his own deeds knows the outcome and consequences

And plus .. Dev himself told Maan that he knows no one in the Khurana Household dares to speak to Maan in that manner .. but when it came to Geet .. I guess he had to ?

yay...i'm glad you finally got to read it....yeah, i feel some people think that dev shedding light on maan is a grand gesture that dev has no right to be performing...but i don't feel it is supposed to be seen as dev being this wise man all of a sudden... in reality it is all a great way to show the irony of life....

Exactly! And I'm GLAD the CVs showed this .. because it really sheds on the irony of the situation .. the man who ruined their lives is now trying to unite them .. and who better to than Dev? He has been wanting desperately to make do something that would prove his repentant state .. and by doing this I guess he feels he's done a big thing by helping them?

We know Maaneet don't need a third person .. but in this situation .. when that third person is the one whose ruined things for them .. that third person is the one responsible for fixing it too.

And yes, people shouldn't take it as them showing Dev being superior to Maan in this department .. but rather to show that since Dev is the only person who knows why Geet forgave him .. and since Geet has left .. Dev is the only person left who can fix things by telling Maan her reasons..

Can't wait to see how they take this forward.. I'm so excited!

that's right Z....just some common sense...nothing crazy....dev still maintains his satus and so does maan...nothing changes...maan still has the upper hand....amritsar....yes, maan and geet were there one time before right?

Yep ... they went to Amritsar together where Geet went to the Golden Temple to pray and Maan was there too except they didn't meet at the temple .. but they had gone together for the property papers etc .. also where NT made her appearance again with Geet and Geet told her about her being pregnant .. SO MUCH STUFF HAPPENED! :D

the serpent alone knew about the truth in the burrows for he crawled through them... the stone, very much on the surface of the earth was oblivious to the happenings and so who better than the serpent himself to let out the secrets in the dark!

this doesn't however wash away his sins but gives him an opportunity to make some good use of himself... the stone however is the shell in which the oyster has taken his refuge!

the serpent had nothing to lose... he knew he had wronged... he knew he was despised... though he was repentent... and desperate to make a few amends!

really looking forward to this promising track😃
