the beast woke up from hibernating...he's hungry and their is only one who can satify his need...he spots his prey only to see another trying to satisfy his hunger...the beast attacks with full forse leaving the other with out defense...but during the battle the prey also gets mangled...there is no reason in the beasts rage except that he hasn't eaten for a long time and needs to be nourished...his prey is his life source and he won't allow anyone else to feed from her...but the injured prey has wriggled loose and is about to make her escape...

Nice! Amazing how you grasp the essence of the scene though you don't understand the exact words spoken! 👏

Great post Sylvia👏

Can I assume this beast is a lion, hence the King and if so, may I ask:

Doesn't a Lion symbolize great strength, aggression and power, hence need to overcome his emotion? As king of the jungle, the lion also represents dignity, royalty, leadership, pride and domination. The King has much influence over others and needs to exercise some restraint in his own personal and social life?

The ultimate test of a relationship is to disagree but to hold hands. ~Quoted by Alexandra Penney in Self

Love one another and you will be happy. It's as simple and as difficult as that. ~Michael Leunig

Love is an act of endless forgiveness, a tender look which becomes a habit. ~Peter Ustinov

Life has taught us that love does not consist in gazing at each other but in looking outward together in the same direction. ~Antoine de Saint-Exupry, Wind, Sand and Stars, 1939, translated from French by Lewis Galantire

@ Maaneet-is-best :
assume away...it all up for grabs...but i was thinking along the lines of Maan being the beast that just woke up from hibernation...Dev being the other animal...and Geet being the prey....when Maan burst out like that i call it "unleashing the beast"...i feel like his rage was due to his frustration of not having been intimate with Geet...he needs her like food...and to me she is still the victim in all of this mess that is why i call her the prey...Dev being the other animal has taken advantage of the beasts hibernation to come close to the prey...i'm not convinced of his intentions yet...

@ HIPHOP50: i'm glad you liked it...i found the whole scene very raw and full of pent up tention...don't go near the beasts food especially when he's been fasting for such a long time...😉

You are right, I was in a different world, but now I changed prey to beast🤣
