@Silcop: I think so too. Ok now I want to consider Geet just as a drama. All the while I had some hope of Geet getting justice. But now there is no way Dev getting punished. Fine he can now start looking for another Geet. 😡

Ok...I am bored and when I am bored my mind works.

We all say Dev "raped" Geet and yes there is a legal basis for thinking that. But...has Geet's character been written thinking that? I am not following the show regularly but she has never been shown thinking she was raped by my recollection. She felt cheated by Dev and Naintara. So...are we as usual projecting our own expectations on to the imagination of a writer?

Coming to Geet's forgiveness of Dev...forgiveness usually comes from a place where the perpetrator's actions cease to have impact on the victim. Here...Geet has moved on. The loss of her baby and her love for Maan are clearly more important than living in the anger of what Dev did to her.

Lastly, Geet's forgiving Dev without consulting Maan...that is her and her decision alone. Of course Maan's character can and will react but that does not mean Geet's forgiving her perpetrator is immature or wrong in any way. This disagreement between the two will reveal all that is wrong with the foundation of their relationship. If they are to grow as a couple, the writers should now delve in to what makes them behave the way they do.

@Anvi......I agree GC umpteenth trip has cost us our fix of hoo ha session..I haat him.....He could have gone after a week after finishing this high point sequence....The whole sequence is spoilt by the drag.

I too found Geet's reaction a tad too dull n lenient when Dev held her hand... if not a slap, she could have jerked his hand off.... Her reaction din't go down well with me atleast.... The look she gave dev was more suited for MSK when geet is miffed/mad at MSK....
