Drashti Dhami will quit Geet if ???? and she shud.

As a die hard Maaneet fan,I had never expected I wud be saying this.

Geet without Drashti and Gurmeet is nothing,and consider this as the fifth element after air,water,fire and earth.

If you look at the current state of the series Geet,you feel Drashti and Gurmeet do not have the technical team who has that passion and vision to visualise them and take them to a level which is desired and supported by their fans who are now in millions world wide.

But even they cannot be blaimed entirely and why shud makerrs,writers and directors take the blaim when it is the channel which needs to be held responsible,for their attitude and strategies.

Considering the kind of passion and what fans are demanding,any technical team wud need time to visualise and finalise and create plots which live upto the standards and image Maan and Geet have set and actors Drashmeet are known for.

Starone's pathetic policies have exhausted the two most cherished talents and have played a big role in literally plundering their talent.

If the channel feels fans shud compromise then Drashti and Gurmeet shud seriously consider if they are working for the right organisation becoz asking fans to understand and compromise is similar to asking them to either watch what is served or better get lost,in anycase Drashti and Gurmeet wud suffer becoz fans then try to pin point something is not appealing and not upto the mark,becoz they love and idolzze their stars for some particular reason.

I have been critical of Nissar Parvez becoz I admire him alot and I criticise him only when he diverts from his strengths otherwise Nissar too is simply superb and you do criticise the one, whom you really want to go ahead and succeed in his career.

Certainly with more than 200 episodes over and the initial blunders and mistakes,it was always going to be one hectic task to revive the series and to expect from the new writers who had taken over from the original team was not only foolish but unrealistic.

The plots after wedding have been even more substandard and very very very disappointing only becoz arjun and annie were given more footage.

Is there a special liking for Nikunj Malik in someone's heart in the technical team,I cant understand why is the AA track given so importance despite knowing it has enroded and made holes in the pillars on which series geet stood tall and had it not been love and loyalty for Drashti and Gurmeet the series wud have crashed way back after october..2010

With rumours about Drashti being uncomfortable, sporting the baby bump and fans all set to pounce on her for no reason and nothing constructive and visionary left in the series Geet due to very inccompetant and unvisionary planning and writing team..Drashti should seriosuly consider offers from bollywood if any...and I am sure there are coming in,have come in and will come in..

No other star couple has loyal fans and as passionate as those who love Drashti and Gurmeet,but the makers,channel and writers are taking this love for the stars for granted and are hiding their incompetancy in dealing with the hype and love these two enjoy from fans.

Even the fans have left no space and including me,many have bashed the makers badly without understanding the real life situation..

But why shud fans be blaimed when alll the negativity was spread by the makers out of their work and fans only reacted...

Certain issues and behaviour of fans is unfair and very unacceptable and specially related to personal lifes and choices of stars...wont get into it..

As a diehard admirer of Drashti Dhami,I feel it is unfair from fans to say,we love Geet and Maan the characters more than the actors.

How stupid from fans,knowing that Drashti and Gurmeet have made these characters immortal by their acting skills and chemistry of drashti and Gurmeet is commandable and responsible for the lively characters and it is their hard work which has made it possible.

But still fans claim its the characters,if it is the characters,then Drashti shud seriously consider offers from bollywood which I know are flooding in

Becoz in anycase if it is the characters then fans wud love another actor in it anyways,right fans?

It is high time that makers,channel and fans including me realise and understand that after the series Geet will be over both fans and makers will be regretting for their behaviour and certainly Gurmeet and Drashti shud not pay for this...stupidity from makers and fans..

With no signs of improvement from makers and channel to take corrective actions and chop a particular nuisance spreading track and growing stubbornness amongst fans where they are only involved in blaim game and are not ready to accept new ideas and plots under the name of logic and are only shouting without knowing what exactly is missing without taking the efforts to realise what is missing and how it can be regained.

Drashti and Gurmeet should consider bollywood as an option.

Knowing the fact that Drashti has clarified earlier that she wud only work in movies if it is a yash raj offer or some big production house chipping in,she shud consider roles from Vishal Bhardway as well..

If ever she happens to work then she shud refrain and not work with any of the 4 khans
Sharukh,Salman,Aamir and Saif,becoz these get the limelight and there is no point in working with them..

Emraan hashmi is a strict no no becoz DD is far superior and does not suit the slot where she is casted against Hasshmi..

Hashmi is my fav but then he belongs to a different genre and actresses like tanushree dutta shud work alot with him..

Drashti shud work with Ranbir,Abhay Deol,Shahid ,Imran and from TV industry Rajeev,Karan Wahi..

But there cannot be dream debut with anyone but with Gurmeet.

Just wish they star together and even Gurmeet gets an oppurtunity..becoz both have the looks to be bolly superstars too and when together they can make the most loved couple in bollywood envy them.

The article and above suggestion is only becoz I want to see both Gurmeet and Drashti grow together hand in hand and with situation with series geet getting ugly both on and offscreen where neither fans nor makers are ready to understand..

It wud be unfair and very shamelfull to suggest both Guru and Drashti to quit,but to teach channel,makers a lesson they shud atleast give this "jhatka" so that they can cash on the passion and love fans have for them.

Vikrant Khatri feels sad that the makers and moderator does not even have the ethics of complimenting the involvement,love and support fans show for their work and rather blaim the fans for over reacting when fans are merely giving aggressive feedbacks in objection to the negative and unwanted treatment given by the channel and the technical team to series Geet which was once a series which stood tall on its merits but now looks best only becoz others are even more worse than Geet.
Taking Geet to the lowest substandard level ever imagined by fans in their dreams.

"Geet" may have given identity to Drashti and Gurmeet but it certainly does not mean they own everything to the series,if anyone is incompetant,selfish and arrogant and takes Drashti and Gurmeet and their fans for granted,then atleast out of respect and love for the fans both these shud consider options which will give them scope and make fans feel proud.

Vikrant Khatri apologises for hurting anyone if there is any,but cannot compromise on the vision he has for both the stars and cannot be diplomatic and goodie,goodie,just to please someone.

i understand u r upset and u hv every right to but please take into consideration the most important factor-i hv been trying to say this since long-please don't assume that IF and Geet FB fans r the trp giving audience,most of us r online audience,and even those of us who watch it on tv are the minority section,most of the people who watch shows are not even part of IF and FB,they r the ones who give trps and they love drama.thats why geet's trps hv increased recently.during the past,often the geet cvs hv listened to the online fans becoz of one reason only-star one shows have a very limited audience and online audience r more compared to those who watch on tv-but lately,i think they hv realised that dramatic tracks r giving trps,which means the people outside IF and FB,r enjoying the drama,so obviously the makers will do whatever generates trps.as far as the lead actor and actress is concerned,if they get better opportunities,they might leave,it is completely their decision.

Whatever and whenever I write,I never consider facebook and India forum fans,I write and put down word of 100 odd family members and relative and friends view and trust me on this,out of the many only are few are left.
