I agree. Every individual has their set of duties and responsibilities that they are supposed to perform. They are not doing a favour to anyone. If he has come that early then he's paid to do it. But its sad that even with dedicated & capable actors the show's suffering because the CVs cant get their act together. Ultimately, its their loss.
