The actors are what really make the movie/show sell and should get their fair share. But, I also think that many actors are overpaid.

They really do have an easy job for which they get too much money, in my opinion.

I think the people behind the scenes such as the writers, BD,crew should get a little more money. Writers really get very little for what they do, and no show is at all possible without them. The actors are essential, but so is the behind the scenes crew.

Shonu: I agreed with u 1000000%. though I know many inner facts & mechanism, technicalities & situation. but when I watch a show its my entertainment which come frst in my mind. not like whos fault it was, who had pimples or broken nails. who dint sleep how many hours or hold the call of nature for the shot. I simply want the final output. I wudnt hav cribd if they dished gud story. but here we hav so many complains. so why shudnt I blame the persons who are face of this show? If I cant complete a job within time its me who answer the authority. not my PS or manager or some other. here this is also the same case. when they fail they fail straightly. As the actors r face of the show who dish out the product they get the bashing. like they get all the love when the episode is excellent.

Ekta has a damn Perfect creative team..even if she recycless stuff she is da one man..She has manageddd so many shows..its a huge recordd..even tho she flaunts after some time but she manages to make you love the show and the concept..she can glue you to the TV..she has created masterpiecess and sum everygreen coupless.. She created so many differnet trends for Indian Televisionn...

ekta might have a good PH but actors are hardly comfortable..lets count...

cezzane and shweta couldnt stand each other

same goes with neha and iqbal

and in kkyunki most of the actors had this probelm..

hiten and akashdeep

then shilpa and the guy who now comes in sangini as laeds brother..

end result people leave show and its a mess..

here abhi left the show on Good terms and he was welcomed back see the marriage pics..come on people..

I agree Ekta has a good thing goin for her, but she pays the least to her actors! 😆😆

Actors get the blame most of the time cause in the end they the ones who deliver the final product!

@Geets:See u said it yourself...even if actors there r on sick leave...they hv 1 week banks available for a 5 day serial.....and here I understand its 6 days..but still they can't bank for at least 2-3 epis in advance ??...thats my whole point and u said it😆

@Ash:Frankly speaking ..its the inner frustation of fans that they r not able to see the reel couple in real because the guy is alreay committed😆..plain and simple😆
