Dice - A Game ya Vice?

The contrast today is STARK. This story as you may recall began with Dev's vice - his addiction to the dice! Maan, on the other hand, is rolling the dice with his wife to comply with the Doctor's advise. He defines NICE! No wonder Geet's record get's stuck at "aap itne aache kyun ho" Whereas Dev is a LICE! A parasite that sucks others low. He did so even with Meera, no? Made her go against her on moral construct. Arguably led her to self-destruct. The Geet HSP needs to remember this fundamental difference in Maan and Dev's structure if they decide to Dev once again manufacture.

Foreplay with no Forward?

All are gaga about today, but not yesterday? What is the difference - can you say? No there was no genuine progress in foreplay, but there was innovation. And in conversation there was true progression. Finally some much needed words were of unsatisfied desire were spoken. A rationale for the decision to sleep separately was given.

Passion on Ration?

The audience mange more more more. But, CVs must conserve the store. Varna all will be completely bore, so they ignore the shore. Jokes Apart: since the CVs want to some scenes like kissing and consummation conserve, maybe they can give us some more intimate converse? Or a baby lamaze rehearse? Or some new "hoo haa" exercise?

Dark ya Light in the Night?

MSK likes to sleep in the moonlight. His sunshine naturally prefers light. So, was the scene a blooper? Or were they compensating for their partners absence by altering the order?

Anj, agree that the difference between yesterday's scene and the day before that is the rationale they gave for the sleeping arrangements. Maan's words touched a chord deep within and I could feel his longing and frustration. Helped me better appreciate his plight. I also ended up feeling guilty for subjecting my hubby to a similar torture more than 15 years back. Made me ask him what it was like and he did admit that the cuddling without the follow up was torturous but still he settled for it because it was better than nothing.

Coming back to the show I have no problems with seemingly disjointed scenes as long as they give a connect in the form of meaningful dialogues. Romance for the sake of romance or nok joks for the sake of nok joks makes no sense.

Anj, I liked the way you compared Dev's gambling with the dice game yesterday. Did not strike me. I found it symbolic of the show's plight. Sometimes they skyrocket up the ladder because of brilliant episodes like the one yesterday. Sometimes they make a wrong move and are bitten by the snake and land at the bottom as viewers punish them severely for belying their expectations.
