I think NE was purposly out of the frame during the garland exchange & photo shoot. coz they cant do too many retakes with her & whole team. I am sure she has to give maximum retakes with no emotions & with such heavy weeding cloths its really hard. so she was separated. otherwise these rituals must b done by her not office stuffs.

Jyo, they should add something in the contract which says if they don't perform well they would be kicked out after a probation period of one month. NM got enough and more time to improve but we dont see much progress except in the striptease dept.

@Sharmi:If u see SBS/SBB...Annie and Arjun were nowhere in varmala scene😆..so this means their clsoe-up scenes were shot separately and not with rest of the cast😉😆
