But in this case since she was fine before and flinched suddenly I'd say either her hair was getting caught in her earrings or the honking taveez was cutting into her fine cheek.

Dude I am a neat freak 😆 So I'd say in this case it is not BO(body odor), if that were the case she would have made the face when the hug started😆 I frankly think its her hair getting caught either in the shirt button or earrings.
